So, official word came down today in the SEAS LLC morning meeting that they were back up for sale again. Sources speaking on condition of anonymity, stated that Brittany McDonald had not purchased SEAS LLC which is in direct contravention to the Official Correspondence issued by Robert Kapeluch and reported upon by Foreclosurepedia last week.
The asking price is $200,000; $100K for Tony Newkirk and $100K for the business. Foreclosurepedia is convening an Emergency Conference Call later this week to discuss with those Members of Labor owed money what their position is vis-a-vis the purchasing of SEAS LLC and if they would continue to stay on board if Foreclosurepedia opened the books and gave the Operation a Stamp fo Approval.
Foreclosurepedia is in contact with several parties whom are interested in both purchasing SEAS LLC and turning it around. More on that later today. And even though I had given my word to shutter the doors, the reality is that until I formally close, I will continue to report upon information which is relevant to Labor. I really, REALLY wish that person would reach out and cut me some slack! Without their support, I am no one!
