Safeguard Properties Refuses To Fix Problems That Plague All Industry Systems

BREAKING NEWS: Safeguard Properties (SGP), one of the largest Mortgage Field Services Industry providers and a member of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS). A long time ago, eight years ago, SGP was informed of the fact that a simple and legal internet search of their Servers will allow unfettered access to confidential information without the need for a Username or Password. The problem stems, in part, from the use of a program known as imagehandler.ashx, which has not been updated since June, 2011. Safeguard Properties did nothing. They have been repeatedly warned, over the past several months, and have still chosen to do nothing. Below are several screenshots identifying the documents and photos accessible in simply one series of searches. It continues to reinforce the dangers of building upon .NET frameworks and the archaic and sad state of affairs which represent the technological backbone of NAMFS Offender Members. In fact, most of the firms today use this type of technology.
