Safeguard Properties To Face Class Action Over Backbilling

Lawyers are currently pursuing a federal class action lawsuit which will be, in part, on behalf of Labor. Foreclosurepedia was recently contacted regarding Safeguard Properties (SGP), a Valley View, OH. SGP is a  firm whom is both a Member of the National Association ofmoneyets Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) and possibly its largest contributor. SGP is the vampire squid of the Mortgage Field Services Industry with tentacles stretching into every facet of foreclosures. This unholy monopolization has happened under the oversight by and through its Chairman and Founder, Robert Klein and his son-in-law, Alan Jaffa. Potentially violating the Sherman Act, SGP has aggressively capitalized in its campaign to profit from the sub-prime crisis  with the tacit blessing of the very crisis architects themselves.

Broad and sweeping in scope, § 1 of the Act states that “[e]very contract, combination in the form of trust or otherwise, or conspiracy, in restraint of trade or commerce among the several States, or with foreign nations, is declared to be illegal.” § 2 of the Act further prohibits monopolization or attempts at monopolizing any aspect of interstate trade or commerce and makes the act a felony. Federal district courts have the jurisdiction to enjoin violations of the Sherman Act, and these proceedings are instituted by United States Attorneys in their respective districts. The injured party (whether it is the federal government, an individual state, or a private party) is entitled to three times the amount of injury that it has suffered; this award is known as treble damages.

SGP Chief Operating Officer, Alan Jaffa transferred ownership in Mendamir Locks to a SGP Colleague which is now the Industry’s almost, if not the, largest material provider, MFS Supply. Spearheading multiple municipal, county, state and federal legislative agendas, SGP has orchestrated an environment conducive to SGP interests. With respect to its campaign to disenfranchise Labor from legitimate monies owed, SGP has pursued a pattern and practice of fraud against some of society’s most unfortunate victims many whom are female; minority and former sub-prime crisis victims. We were the only media outlet to report upon SGP Coordinators whom demanded and received monies from Labor to simply be able to receive work.

There are no innocents in this story — Even Labor is guilty if for no other reason than living in Fucktardia, Population You.

For nearly a decade now, Foreclosurepedia has led the charge against Eric Miller, Executive Director of NAMFS, whose salary tops out over ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ANNUALLY CONSUMING NEARLY SEVENTY PERCENT OF ALL MEMBER DUES. Miller’s protection racket, as demonstrated by his outright refusal to investigate NAMFS Offender Members, has remained solid to the Jewish Mafia.

Jason Marzec, the Safeguard Properties Regional Coordinator whom forced Labor to pay him money to receive Fannie Mae Work Orders, knows full well about how the Miller Regime’s racket works.

Safeguard Properties honestly believes that they are untouchable. Fact of the matter is that in a Safeguard Properties in an editorial dated 23rd November 2015 talking about and I’m quoting here,

The vendor account manager works to grow, improve and follow a “Vendor of Choice” model. It’s a basic concept that helps ensure the vendors who exhibit high performance, quality, interaction, strategic operational tactics, and local coverage controls will receive work first as a priority over lesser successful companies. — Jeremy Barrick, Director of Open Orders at Safeguard Properties.

Barrick doesn’t stop there, though. SGP, knowing full well that Jason Marzec a former SGP Regional Coordinator whom had been fired for charging Contractors to receive Fannie Mae Work Orders, was heaping on his support of fraud,

Financial bonuses should be given to the vendor account managers whose network is exceeding the standards set by the company and its clients. — Jeremy Barrick on what appears to be support for the Marzec Pay to Play scheme on Fannie Mae Contracts.

NAMFS Offender Members rolling out fraud on #EPIC Scale is nothing new. In fact, Micheal Breese, NAMFS wonderboy and IMN’s most recent Svengali, has been rolling out fraud on an Epic Scale. With respect to NAMFS, it is to be expected; however, IMN may stand in just a bit of an uncomfortable position with respect to Breese vis-a-vis one of their 2015 Speakers being pinched by the feds at the IMN Conference itself.

I am concerned about that last statement wherein Safeguard Properties makes no bones about the fact that Labor will never and I mean FUCKING NEVER be rewarded. SGP gladly gives bonuses to those whom eviscerate the very people performing services. In Foreclosurepedia’s ongoing investigative series with respect to Safeguard Properties’ Regional Coordinators forcing Contractors to pay them money to be assigned work, it really comes as no shock.

Breese is not just a run-of-the-mill English Bob — Robert Kapeluch — with respect to fraud in the Mortgage Field Services Industry. Micheal Breese has refined his art. In fact, Breese even has the trade publications swooning to his sycophant symphony. Here is what DSNews printed last year,

[tnc-pdf-viewer-iframe file=”download and read the full dsnews article! – HomeStar LLC” width=”800″ height=”800″ download=”false” print=”false” fullscreen=”true” share=”true” zoom=”true” open=”true” pagenav=”true” logo=”false” find=”true” language=”en-US” page=”” default_zoom=”auto”]

We all remember Michael Breeze what was Michael Breeze same and let’s all remember HomeStar properties and it’s not bullshit around about this guy, he’s defrauded millions of dollars and the sad reality of the Industry is that work still flow to him and even through some of my Clients whom do not think I am aware of it. I have a News Flash for them, the gargantuan machinery of Foreclosurepedia is working overtime to orchestrate your demise.

This evening, Foreclosurepedia releases the Safeguard Properties lawsuit wherein the Jewish Mafia are described as “criminals with burglary tools.” Filed by Counsel whom obtained the largest eminent domain settlement in the history of Connecticut, I am confident that Jaffa and his crew are going to need a Second Coming of Moses to part the Sea of Reeds when this is over. They offered $1,000 to settle $120,000 in stolen property.

The reality is this ladies and gentleman: The simple, salient fact is that the Jewish Mafia is not going to stop. Look folks, this is the modus operandi of the foreign national mentality. We are not talking about the quintessential Jew who is out there celebrating Hanukkah; we are talking about is the manifestation of pure and unadulterated evil, an evil which I do not believe that the Hebrew Language even has a name for. These individuals pose a clear and present danger to the Safety and Security of Commerce as it crosses state lines. Make no mistake whatsoever that while Foreclosurepedia is in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana over the next several days, we are going to be documenting both new and revisiting old NAMFS Regime haunts. We are going to get straight up inside these fucktards and bring the Foreclosurepedia Nation that which they have been accustomed to receiving over nearly a decade: The Truth!

As a side note, Foreclosurepedia will be shifting back to a closed paywall over the next several days. The only people you have to thank are those within NAMFS whom thought they would be cute and ping the living hell out of my downloads. Just like when Buczek family members thought they would get the threats of murder off from their Roadrunner modem and never be found, I have the IP Addresses of these folks. So, give Eric Miller a ring today and thank him.

Before You Go ...

Foreclosurepedia exists because readers, workers, and advocates understand that protecting Labor in the mortgage field services industry requires independence, persistence, and resources. We do not answer to servicers, hedge funds, or corporate trade groups; our accountability is to the Field Service Technicians, Inspectors and administrative personnel whose livelihoods are too often treated as expendable. Donations are what allow us to investigate quietly buried contract changes, expose abusive labor practices, and publish work that would otherwise never see the light of day. Every contribution helps keep our reporting free from industry pressure and focused squarely on defending labor standards, fair pay, and basic dignity in the foreclosure ecosystem. If you believe this work matters, your support is not symbolic—it is the reason Foreclosurepedia can continue to stand between Labor and a system that routinely exploits it.
