Leave it to Safeguard Properties (SGP) to figure out how to get Labor to not only work for free, but to blame for the complete and total disaster which has always been Alan Jaffa’s imitation at technology. As everyone is aware of, SGP is making yet another attempt at getting a grip upon their catastrophic technological infrastructure. Yesterday, SGP announced that they were closing the doors on Labor’s ability to access the Safeguard Properties Vendor Management Portal for four days. As typical with the Chabad Mafia, they made it VERY CLEAR that Labor would be held responsible for the submission of work to meet deadlines regardless of the fact that SGP was not making available access to their Vendor Portal. And the Gods forbid that you might object because SGP will ensure that you receive nothing that you are owed. To show you how completely and utterly fucked up the Chabad Mafia has it, within several hours there were two emails which flowed out attempting to explain how you can, but cannot submit your work. Regardless, you are going to be held accountable to doing such even though the Chabad Mafia cannot even explain completely how it is to be done!

Starting Friday July 24TH at 6:00 pm EST through Monday July 27TH at 6:00 am EST is when the maintenance will take place. You will still be able to work during this time. Do not transmit any orders at this time. Be sure to do a full transmit on Friday July 24TH at 5:00 to get over any orders you already completed and receive any new orders that come in. Try to get ahead of this outage. If you can, get any orders due this weekend done now through Friday. Management advised they will not accept this outage as an excuse for late work or scores being below standard.

I will be hosting a brief conference call tomorrow afternoon at 2:00pm to review the procedure for working this weekend with the IT upgrades. I will be including a word at the end of the conference call for those on the call to email me in order to track attendance.
Please note, Vendor Web Mobile and Photo Direct will not be able to transmit photos until 6am Monday morning. However, you will still be able to upload work to Vendor Web, all you need to do is connect your phone to your computer to upload the results. (similar to how it was before the app).
Vendor Web itself will only be down from 8pm tomorrow to 2am Saturday morning. Please plan accordingly as everyone was made aware of this issue before hand and should have planed accordingly.
When you do upload work, make sure your “completed date” matches when you completed the actual grass cut, not when you complete the update to us.
Do not let this affect your score as we will reallocate the work to vendors who performed at standards regardless.
I loved that there is going to be a Code Word — I will be including a word at the end of the conference call for those on the call to email me in order to track attendance — to verify that Labor attends the call at 1400 on a Friday, the same day that the systems are scheduled to implode. So, make no mistake about one thing: Labor is going to get fucked and brutally fucked. I further predict that in light of the fact that Safeguard Properties has already fired over twenty percent of their employee work force; in light of the fact that Safeguard Properties has been loosing contract after contract nationwide, it is my opinion that this is a calculated attempt to ensure that a tremendous amount of work will be done and conveniently lost. This is the classic bait and switch tactics used to obtain funds needed to keep Jaffa’s doors open.
Crippling Labor by laying the failures of Robert Klein and his incompetent son-in-law Alan Jaffa upon them is the epitome of what is truly wrong with the Industry today. It additionally is yet another reason why federal oversight is needed now, more than ever. For years now, even when the SGP Portal is running it functions much like molasses flowing in wintertime. It has become so bad, in fact, that I have begun to refuse to even assist people with their SGP problems. My opinion is that if you are stupid enough to work for this soon to be bankrupt company you deserve the problems you have.

Companies whom are unable to perform one of the most basic of coding principles stand as a testament to why the antiquated, Good ‘Ol Boys Club of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) is rapidly coming to an end.
