I usually don’t write a lot about Amir Jaffa and his Jewish Mafia up in Cleveland, OH, as I figure people working for them are so hard up for work they would probably turn tricks on the corner. I maintain an enormous file, though, and from time-to-time, find it prudent to get information out when it dovetails with Dodd – Frank and timeline mandates. As Safeguard Properties (SGP) is so far beyond the pale with respect to fraud and corruption, not much is shocking anymore with them. This came across the desk yesterday,
I talked with my regional yesterday at Safeguard and he said that after the check emails go out on Thursday afternoon, all work pretty much stops so they can answer calls and emails from anger contractors. He said it’s been like that for the last 6 weeks because the accounting department is so far behind, mainly on the winterization load that came through in September.
This would be an ideal opportunity to put the Arbitration Clause to the test for SGP Contractors. For when Contractors miss deadlines, they are so brutally fucked it makes a rapist blush. SGP is having problems across the board as a matter of fact. In Arizona, for example, they are demanding that Contractors whom cover a fixed area cover far more than they are capable of. In the event that they refuse? They are canned. I have half a dozen reports of this throughout the United States which reinforces my belief that the Fannie Mae offering they capitalized upon will be short lived. More on point, it reiterates the fact that I do not anticipate SGP as a National Order Mill much beyond Q3FY2015.
For those whom might be ignorant to give Eric Miller a call; Miller being the Executive Director of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime whom is paid OVER ONE HUNDRED AND ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS PER YEAR CONSUMING OVER SEVENTY PERCENT OF ALL MEMBER DUES, we have multiple statements now from NAMFS Rank and File whom attest to the fact that Miller refuses to pursue ANY ETHICS COMPLAINTS. Foreclosurepedia has been able to draw a flow chart of the preferential treatment being given to certain NAMFS Regime Offender Members like Michael Breese of HomeStar Property Solutions; the same Breese whom is hosting the IMN Conference while owing nearly half a million dollars to Northsight Management which is in the same town the IMN Conference is.
We are also getting information that protests may be scheduled to greet Breese and his entourage; protests which may be eerily similar to the World Trade Organization Demonstrations in Seattle, 1999. Foreclosurepedia has spoken with several Occupy Groups and Homeowner’s Support Networks; Contractors and Labor Groups; along with, strangely enough, a couple of NAMFS Regime Rank and File whom believe that Scottsdale may be the time and the place to launch #OpHomeStar. We will have more on this later tonight!
