The Quarterly East Tennessee Property Preservation Guild Meeting will occur on 10 November 2012. We are meeting at Foreclosurepedia GHQ from 1000EST – 1700EST. This quarter, as with all other meetings, will be a Company sponsored Bar-B-Que. Bring your entire family as we will have plenty!
In addition to the General Business we will be accepting the seven (07) new Apprenticeships of which two (02) are from our newest California partners. Additionally, we will discuss the latest HUD 3.6 Contract adopted by HUD and awarded to PK Management. In anticipation of new technological protocols we are going to discuss the new platform for our Secure Wiki. As we have seen a proliferation of Order Mills churning out the emails for recruitment we are going to discuss our relationships with non members pending acceptance and perhaps move the accreditation testing dates. Finally, we are going to go over the anticipated requirements of HUD 5.1.12.5. Regardless of whether or not it is going to be actively applied we need to determine if the HUD Contract will or will not be viable. We have received 54 absentee votes to date. This brings our total Contractor participation 61. This is well over 92% of all active Contractors for the Region.
Our Christmas Charity Drive will be funded this year so let’s make sure that we remember to be thankful for that which we have received and return accordingly!
