While the story of Mitchell R Davidson, Asheville, North Carolina, and Chief Operating Officer of Purdy Enterprise, is at the forefront today, the treachery of a core group of white contractors in a private Facebook Group called Prop Prez is really what many are talking about this evening. What is even more sickening is the simple and salient fact that both predominately white groups — Purdy Enterprise and Prop Prez — are in equal accord in their war against Minority Females and Labor. The irony in this unholy alliance is that American lives are placed at risk. And neither of these nearly all white cadres appear to care so long as the balance of power remains tilted in favor of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS). It is an evil that Foreclosurepedia has always fought against and has historically stood as a Friend of Labor. A simple view of one of the posts below reveals that each and every member of the predominately all white Facebook Prop Prez group know what they are doing and keeping secret, is illegal and dangerous.
That is how it always has been, though. If you funnel enough money in front of white men, they will always opt to feed at the trough like the rutting pigs they are. And to be completely clear, Foreclosurepedia has every intention of turning over the entirety of the threads we intercepted to the proper authorities. Especially when one of Chris Ziolkowski’s inept hacks decided to pick a pissing match with Foreclosurepedia, in public. I digress, though.
Purdy Enterprise is the recent awardee of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development‘s (HUD) Management and Marketing (M&M) Field Service Manager (FSM) 3.10 Contract. Entered into under the leadership of Craig Karnes, then Acting Director of the Southern Command, today it is run by Kimberlee Satterfield, Atlanta, HUD.
For years, Foreclosurepedia has fought to have the illegal and life threatening practice of electrical backfeeding ended and harsh penalties enforced. And while starting this month, Innotion Enterprises and Purdy Enterprise will both face fines for missing due dates, HUD has turned a blind eye to electrical backfeeding. In fact, under the HUD M&M FSM 3.10 Contract, even HUD itself, concluded that electrical backfeeding was not to be tolerated and agreed it was illegal,
The HPIR Part III requires an inspection of both major appliances and the electrical system, but does not specify how the tests are to be conducted. I spoke with Mike Curry, the PHOC REO Director, and quite simply, the FSM is required by the terms of the PWS to follow all state and local laws. Very seldom does HUD treat the REO inventory as federal facilities, as indicated below. In areas where backfeeding the panel is illegal, the FSM would still be expected to test individual appliances using an extension cord/generator to the appliance. They can also test condition of individual circuits (without electrical current) looking for a closed loop using a simple continuity test at the receptacles, and conduct a visual inspection of any exposed wiring. They would also want to accurately note the findings and testing methodology on the HPIR Part III. The buyers would also have the option to pay the costs to turn on the utilities for a more thorough inspection (at buyer’s expense).
The above is actually enshrined in the Q&A documents in which HUD answered, with respect, to the HUD M&M FSM 3.10, although the direct quote was given exclusively to Foreclosurepedia, months earlier. On multiple occasions, Foreclosurepedia pleaded the case of the innocent men and women whom were being daily, placed in danger, by Mitchell R Davidson, Purdy Enterprise’s COO. I am truly humbled by the extent to which these borderline white supremacists are willing to go in order to violate state and federal law only to enrich themselves at the great cost to Minority Females and Labor as well as placing in mortal danger, Americans.
In the same way that many Americans bemoan the Deep State, so to do Minority Females and Labor protest the collusion between these predominately white orientated and monetarily motivated factions. Surprisingly, there is a heavy concentration in New Jersey and New York, both of which having extremely punitive penalties for electrical backfeeding. In New Jersey, the work in question would require a permit under the Uniform Construction Code, N.J.A.C. 5:23. The method of backfeeding described in the below e-mail messages is not allowed. An automatic or a manual transfer switch is required to prevent backfeeding the utility (grid.) Additionally, this work must be performed by a New Jersey licensed electrical contractor. The only exception to the requirement for a licensed electrician is a homeowner performing work at his or her own house. The Board of Examiners of Electrical Contractors is in the Division of Consumer Affairs, Department of Law and Public Safety. Work by unlicensed contractors should be reported to the Board. The code official in the municipality where the work is being performed should be notified if work has been undertaken without a permit. The local code official can cite a violation under the Uniform Construction Code. (It should be noted that we lack jurisdiction in federal facilities.)

The regulatory document in South Carolina regarding electrical systems, both residential and commercial, is the 2014 National Electrical Code (NFPA 70). This document, adopted by the South Carolina Building Codes Council, is required, by statute, to be enforced statewide by all local jurisdictions. In this code, Articles 700 and 705 set the requirements for the transfer equipment design and installation to prevent the back feeding of the normal and emergency sources of supply in any operation. For intentional interconnection of power production systems Article 705 sets the requirements for equipment and labeling of multi-source systems for the protection of electrical and utility workers.
Also, in South Carolina, it is illegal for anyone to perform or offer to perform any electrical work over 50 volts without first being licensed as an Electrical Contractor (certain exceptions exist for homeowners performing work on their own home, however the work must be performed in compliance with the above code).

In closing, there is no unringing the bell. Foreclosurepedia had begun to work on other, far more important issues and was content to do such. Z’s continued fumbling in the dark with a head full of gin is what brought this matter to a head. And surprisingly, he is no longer in the Industry. Perhaps many in the Z Brigade thought that Foreclosurepedia had grown weak; that perhaps Foreclosurepedia had forgotten how to surgically apply the keyboard in a manner much like a surgeon with a scalpel. Well, as this article was simultaneously transmitted, so to were the beginnings of letters to code officials with the entirety of those threads unmasked. And out of all the states to be ignorant in, New York is not the most ideal. Regardless of whether or not the witch hunt reels in by standers, when Z and the Merry Facebookers decided to strike a mighty blow for the white man, the reality was it only was a final nail in the financial coffin of nefarious white supremicists whom are being outed.
