National Field Network: CFPB Complaints Filed

National Field Network, a  National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime Member, had a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) Complaint filed against them today. This is the first of multiple from what we understand from Contractors interviewed.  You may go here to file one yourself if you have issues within the Mortgage Field Services Industry. In addition to the CFPB Complaint which will additionally target NFNs Client providers, the African American Female contacted the Atlanta Chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). Foreclosurepedia has stated, for years, that the Mortgage Field Services Industry has been one of the most corrupt and racist work places in North America. A simple review of the NAMFS Regime Board of Directors will confirm that the National Association of Mortgage Field Services does not find it proper to allow non whites to be seated on their Board nor have they in their 25 year history.

With rumors of no pay and some pay timelines extending out for several months now, NFN is on the radar with Foreclosurepedia. The Contractor we spoke with stated she was approaching sixty days. As everyone remembers, this is how these companies start to downward spiral into financial insolvency. Is NFN heading this way? I don’t know, but JJ Batts would be able to tell you. More as this story unfolds.
