Mortgage Contracting Services Now Associated With Lambert And Mathis

Foreclosurepedia has now directly linked Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS), the VERY SAME MCS which was recently acquired by Concentric Equity Partners (CEP) and London based TDR Capital in the trifecta of purchasing MCS, Asset Management Specialists (AMSREO) and Vacant Property Specialists (VPS). The deal was sealed this week. What Caroline Reeves, MCS Chief Executive Officer (CEO) probably did not think to reveal (if she even knew or cared) to the Merger Team was the fact that MCS was sending orders out which were being processed, in part, by GM Property Services.

First, let’s show the direct relationship between MCS and Brandon Lambert a known felon whom was also implicated by Ben Hallman at Huffington Post in tens of thousands of dollars in fraud and is currently involved in yet more fraud which Foreclosurepedia is reporting upon. Below is a screenshot from InspectorADE as seen from a Knoxville Contractor. The Work Order below it was issued to the Contractor by GM Property Services and the Work Order originates with MCS.

Now, either MCS had no knowledge and if they had no knowledge then their Financial Institution Clients should be ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIED as this opens up liability on multiple fronts or MCS knows and doesn’t care.

Below is an Order which we have VOLUNTARILY REDACTED showing that GM Property Services sent Work Orders to a Knoxville Contractor along with a ton of Safeguard Properties (SGP) Work Orders. GM Property Services has been sending out checks which have been bouncing, when they do send them, and refusing to pay on tens of thousands of dollars of others which very well may cross the hundreds of thousands of dollars level when we are done investigating.

Now, while Safeguard Properties has been telling Contractors to go ahead and hire attorneys, MCS is in a far more precarious position. Safeguard Properties seems to have no quandaries doing business with Jason Mathis and Brandon Lambert and ensuring Contractors are paid seems to be the last thing on Safeguard Properties collective minds as witnessed by their Statements to the Christian Female Contractors in East Tennessee.

It is hard to track down an occasion when MCS has ever been involved in bad business let alone business with felons. With enormous financial firms involved in brokering this deal, the question becomes whether or not MCS wants the entirety of this mess, this mess which would simply go away if they paid Contractors for their work and refuse to do business with felons, to end up on the desks of federal regulators.

Personally, I believe that it should all be referred to federal regulators and very well may forward the entirety of it to them. At this point, though, I am only reporting on the situation.

It is becoming very bad with the 5 Star Conference rapidly approaching. Major Property Preservation Firms refusing to pay for services rendered and allowing known felons to become involved in the Property Preservation Industry. Condoleeza Rice and Laura Bush must really, REALLY be needing a Speaker’s Fee to become embroiled in situations like this.

I wasn’t really surprised when I found out that MCS and Safeguard Properties are Members of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS). NAMFS’ recalcitrant position with respect to the multitude of claims against their Membership while putting on Conference after Conference is Business As Usual in the Property Preservation Industry.

We welcome the NAMFS, Safeguard Properties, MCS and any inured Contractors to reach out to Foreclosurepedia. Stay tuned this week when we release the first of MANY Excel Spreadsheets documenting Properties which have outstanding Claims against them by Christian Male and Female Contractors.
