The Involuntary Bankruptcy of National Field Network, owned by Jack Jaffa and operated by Shari Nott, has been a textbook Comedy of Errors. For years, the bankruptcy has been a treasure trove of billing for lawyers whom have been awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars while the victims have yet to see a single dime. The latest Award is thick with irony which, regardless of legality, is seen as yet another slap in the face to Labor in the Mortgage Field Services Industry. Many of the victims are wondering if there will ever be any payments to them for monies which Jaffa and his associates squandered. And while the Bankruptcy Trustee objected to the Award, it appeared to be too little too late as the original deal struck with Jaffa allowed for him to advance such claims. Both the Objections and Award are below.
