And yet order mills whom distribute work from National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) members continue to keep the bar set at Seven Dollars per cubic yard for personal debris removal and transportation for storage coupled with $10 an hour for evictions. It is no surprise that NAMFS has documented a seventy percent attrition in Labor and that number is only increasing as both they and HUD Secretary Marcia Fudge continue refusing to address the issue.
