Innotion Enterprises has lost the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Management and Marketing (M&M) Field Service Manager (FSM) 3.8 Contract for the State of Illinois effective 01 June 2018. Here is what they had to say,
Dear Vendors,
As of June 1st IEI will no longer represent HUD as the FSM for majority of the work orders currently assigned out. All open work orders that are eligible to be completed today should be completed today AND uploaded into Reamsview by 6-7PM 5/31/18 to ensure payment for work completed.
Please note we will have a handful of HPIRs and Initial Services we will be completing past today and into the first week of June. If you cannot complete the HPIR and Initial Services that IEI has assigned please notify Rita Polen so we can reassign for completion. The HPIRs and Initial services currently assigned out to IEI will be ours to complete and will not transition over to the new FSM.
Myself and the IEI staff for Illinois thanks each contractor for their efforts, professionalism, character that made it a privilege to work together over the past year. We wish each contractor the best in their current and future endeavors.
