Just a short note to point out that about 24 hours ago, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) reissued the very same Awards for the HUD M&M 3.8 --- remember, the Small Business Administration (SBA) found merit with some of the challenges and even HUD conceded that there was a shit load of problems.
