The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) recently released DU204SB-16-R-0003, the Management and Marketing (M&M) Field Service Manager (FSM). You see, Jonnie Backdoor Man Bravacos, appears to honestly believe that a superiority over minorities, as best demonstrated by Milan Thompson’s demands to take pay cuts based upon a mythological “pathological liar” being to blame, is par for the course in NAMFS Offender Member enrichment upon the backs of Labor. Carolyn The Scarecrow Ramagos’ disenfranchisement of female contractors and utilization of Bravacos to threaten and intimidate whistleblowers must be believed to win points with the All White, NAMFS Board of Directors Powerbase whom blackball, like Thompson did, those whom question.

When Milan Thompson, ASONS CEO, wrote Foreclosurepedia condemning us for covering the Mickey Snow Rape Case, he embodied precisely that which I believe Jonnie Bravacos represents: White American Hatred of Minorities. In fact, had Foreclosurepedia not possessed thousands of emails and documents pertaining to the interconnectedness of NAMFS Offender Members and the fraud within the Industry, we have no doubt that it would be another slam dunk on the HUD MM FSM 3.10.

The Roll Call is the same as it has always been with only ONE exception: Small Business Showed Up! And that is what has many NAMFS Offender Members extremely worried.

The Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) standard being applied for HUDs Marketing and Management (M&M) Field Service Management (FSM) is being applied. In layman’s terms, this means that the How Low Can You Go is in play — sort of.

In the same way in which Kashmir needs an army and not lip service from liberals, so to, does Labor need those firms whom quietly speak with Foreclosurepedia to put their money where their mouths are and begin to back small business. These are the very same Minority Men and Women of Labor whom have born the brunt of the fraud which NAMFS Offender Members have slung for years!

There is a storm brewing out West right now. Fact of the matter is that the very ones whom HUD OIG hit for millions in penalties have now been alleged to have illegally financed and empower a no name Utah firm. These allegations come from C Level personnel whom were privy to the very actions themselves.  The #Fraudsters are hoping that HUDs Office of the Inspector General (OIG) will never to lay eyes upon the enormity of fraud ongoing; they are gambling that the sheer volume of information is impossible to audit. What they didn’t count upon was a $29 Million dollar piece of coding technology being given away which easily does the job.

Foreclosurepedia has been working overtime providing information to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) with respect to fraud, waste and abuse ongoing by National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Offender Members. The painted picture of Business as Usual by Eric Miller, Fraudster in Chief of NAMFS, is bullshit. Miller, whom is unjustly enriched by over One Hundred and Twenty Thousand dollars per year, with ten thousand dollar per year pay raises, which consumes over seventy percent of all NAMFS Member Dues, is in the hot seat now. Miller’s inability to keep the wheels on the tracks with respect to his deliberate indifference of fraud against Minority Members of Labor is now front and center with #BlackLivesMatter protesters. The Roosters Have Come Home To Roost.

The Song and Dance; the Wink and a Nod, are rapidly coming to an end. In fact, even as those foolish enough to waste their money to attend the NAMFS #FraudFest 2016 are assembling, so to is the rising tide of Labor. No longer divided by race, gender and sexual orientation as previously orchestrated by the ALL WHITE NAMFS BOARD OF DIRECTORS, the Agenda of Labor is now becoming the Agenda of the Industry.
