So, I was giving some thought to the past several days of litigious brain draining with the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) and I got to thinking that the reality is if NAMFS, the Industry’s largest and oldest Association, is reading my blog then I am making an impact. With that said, the biggest problem which I see is that the impact I am delivering is generally from my point-of-view which is based upon my own unique life experiences. Additionally, while many of you out there pay your hard earned money to read and hear my gritty, down-in-the-trenches perspective, I am doing a disservice to you and the Industry if I have an opportunity to bring on board talent.
Foreclosurepedia always has and always will be about the Contractor! If you have noticed lately, the mainstream media has begun to pay closer attention to the fact that the Property Preservation Industry (PPI) is both unregulated and by in large the Wild West. To date, we are the only public voice speaking from the Contractor’s perspective.
More on point, the reality of what we publish on here is that it comes from a singular point of view. Now, most of my audience relishes the gritty, no holes barred reporting that I do. I also realize that I do not know it all. Additionally, while I bring to bear a most unique and unorthodox skill set, the reality is that many of YOU have equally important subjects and topics which are newsworthy.
It takes a certain kind of person to be able to be able to research, draft and produce quality articles for publication. As history will document a line in the sand was drawn by those brave men and women in the PPI and their trials and tribulations will be memorialized here. We are looking for the kind of people whom have both thick skin and the ability to produce original and hard hitting articles which impact Contractors in a positive manner.
