The Drive By Social Media pundits scoffed at Foreclosurepedia and our adoption of Google+ a year and a half ago. Many of the Blow Hards live and die by Facebook and if you are into Drama — not just regular “I think you are a jerk” Drama, but DRAMA — Facebook is a great place to be! Lo and behold, National Mortgage News (NMN) keyed to the Goolge+ equation today. NMNs John Seroka stated,
Google+ is quickly becoming one of the most important places for your mortgage industry brand, as a lender or otherwise, to be highlighted. This has absolutely nothing to do with following a trend. It has everything to do with the visibility and prominence of your brand when searches are conducted since Google+ is the brainchild of the most popular search engine by far.
So, while the only attention Facebook pundits are receiving generate from themselves in their own little musty fiefdoms, the rest of the real business world has begun to embrace the Trends set by Foreclosurepedia. Google+ was also embraced by the SOFI Blog early on. Richard Law covers us from time-to-time and you may see his Google+ Link in many of the Articles he wrote on Foreclosurepedia. SOFI Blog is not a fly-by-night outfit, either. SOFI, the Society of Field Inspectors, has been around for several decades now. If you have time, take a read through his stuff there and over on Mortgage Horror.
While we are on the same subject; the utilization of Social Media as a Business Asset, I have a GREAT FRIEND Patrick Lovell. Lovell is a movie producer whom recently put out Forward 13: Waking Up The American Dream. Lovell and I have been collaborating on several Projects recently both with respect to his Cinema Libre Studios endeavor and his Website: Everyman SuperPAC. Everyman SuperPAC is an INCREDIBLE EXAMPLE of harnessing Social Media to not only bring attention to a Cause, but also to create a Movement! Take five minutes and drop by there and perhaps consider assisting!

At the end of the day, Foreclosurepedia has conquered Search Engine Optimization (SEO) with respect to the Mortgage Field Services Industry. The National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime quivers in fear from the mere utterance of the word Foreclosurepedia. In fact, Foreclosurepedia has not only single handedly brought to light the atrocities; the Crimes Against Humanity, which have been committed by NAMFS Regime Members and Non Members, we are also responsible for much of the vocabulary in use by the Industry today such as Order Mill.
