Foreclosurepedia To File Liens Against Assurant Property Advantage

Assurant Property Advantage whom recently acquired Field Asset Services (FAS) was on the hunt for months before finalizing their purchase. Matter of fact Foreclosurepedia worked on their Properties here in Tennessee. Testing out the waters, Assurant got their feet wet here; it was overall a nurse maid experience.

The Draconian paperwork and DOS like IT infrastructure was similar to the Apple IIe in the 1980s. Without the ability to pre populate, carry over, track work orders or bids and a plethora of forms attached to ANYTHING to ensure maximum billing (interestingly enough we were told the Broker Price Opinions were based, in part, from our statements which is highly illegal in my opinion), Assurant’s system will be a nightmare for any Contractor in the future.

Let’s lay out the framework. The jobs we are attempting to be paid for date back to July, 2013. Now, had we just told Assurant to screw off I could maybe see holding our check 2 weeks. Not the case. They just stopped sending work to us after they understood the environment out here.

Good morning,

First of all I’d like to apologize for the delay. I received the request from 9/9 however it was during payroll and client billing. Payment disputes are reviewed on an order of received basis. Unfortunately the next payroll occurred before I could get as far as the 9/9 disputes. I will hand the invoices over to the REO specialist today and hopefully they can give me the information I need to take care of this today.

Warmest Regards
