Five Brothers Demands Up To FIFTY Percent Rebating

This entry is part 4 of 69 in the series All The Usual Suspects

Going hand in hand with the Erla Carter-Shaw Compliance Scheme which Joe Badalamenti onboarded, Five Brothers is now demanding in upwards of a FIFTY PERCENT PRICE REDUCTION — Five Brothers Memo shown at bottom. Now, the kicker to this is why not simply reduce the price themselves and then the pricing reported by Five Brothers is transparent to the Portfolio Holders and Financial Institutions? Regardless, Five Brothers has had Labor begin to walk away in droves.

The people whom this policy truly hurts; the most vulnerable, are the minority female business owners. The socioeconomically deprived are footing the bill for the latest in a wholesale blood letting within the Mortgage Field Services Industry. And it isn’t going to let up until HUD steps in. — Paul Williams, Editor-in-Chief Foreclosurepedia, in recent radio interview.

Five Brothers recently skated on a ONE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLAR Lawsuit filed against they and US Bank pertaining to False Claims Act violations. Fact of the matter is that the identical issues presenting to that case are now visible in how Countrywide Inspection Services (CWIS LLC) is handling their US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Contract in Florida, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. More on point, though, is the simple fact that HUD has had just about enough of the bullshit. Time and time and time again, Labor is paying the price for the litigation and protests people like Dave and Carolyn Ramagos, owners of CWIS LLC and Joe Badalamenti, Owner of Five Brothers and his ne’er-do-well, ambulance chasing son-in-law become embroiled in.

In fact, U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL), had this to say about HUD Contracts and Inspections when he witnessed how large conglomerates are bilking US Taxpayers in Florida,

These people should never be allowed to have another contract from HUD again. And quite frankly, I honestly hope, and I’m going to ask the Justice Department, to look into this company, and look at the way they’re spending federal money because I think you could make the argument that they have stolen taxpayer money that was supposed to be used to provide for these people and instead have used it for their own gain. [HUD]’s grading system is broken, and I think the Secretary is aware of that.

Wall Street Gangbang

This is the same fat, nasty pig which we have seen and heard from for years:  If you will bow down and take it up the ass, volume will make it hurt less. The reality is that Joe Bada is simply either too old or has grown senile to understand that the Guidos don’t call the shots anymore. If his miserably failed business model is having to pay for the same shit everyone else has had to for years, why in the fuck pass it on to Labor?

Fact of the matter is that people like Joe Bada and Robert Klein are washed up has beens. The sons-in-law whom run the crumbling empires are on their way out as well. And make no mistake on one thing, in this life or the next I will see them in prison.

Foreclosurepedia is calling upon Labor to give the Guidos a taste of the shit they have shoveled into Labor’s mouth for years. When you open your emails Monday, tell these fucktards to push their own fucking mowers. And I am going to go a step further: If you are peddling this bullshit and a Client of mine, I am going to open the floodgates. You may bet your bottom cotton chopping dollar on that.

Here is how one Member of Labor put it,

Another company [Five Brothers] getting hit by the decrease in foreclosures and trying to make up for it by screwing labor.

They changed their grass cutting prices, starting 5/16,  from 10% all the way up to 50% depending on sq ft. They are changing their discount percent, starting 6/1, from 20 to 25 percent.

Two of us have given them our termination letters.

The reference to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is yet another attempt by National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Offender Members to lay their raping of Labor upon the US Government. Eric Miller, NAMFS Executive Director whom receives OVER ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS PER YEAR CONSUMING OVER SEVENTY PERCENT OF ALL NAMFS MEMBER DUES, is scheduled for another annual raise this year. Each year Miller has been the recipient of a nearly TEN THOUSAND DOLLAR PER YEAR RAISE for nearly a decade now.
