We all know the Carol Boyd, owner of Boyd Property Preservation, Case; hell, it's an Industry Standard now. Her sending of bogus checks across state lines to multiple contractors some of whom are our friends here in Tennessee have still never been paid. The Irony is that by National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) standards she cannot even enter a property! She meets MULTIPLE Categories.
