Brent Martin’s Lie To Central Maine Power Company

When the gloves came off with respect to Brent Martin and his BLM Companies Little Playpen down in St George, Utah, quite a few parallels between Warren Jeffs, the Mormon polygamist and child rapist began to emerge. Jeffs, jeffs whose compound is just 51 minutes from Brent Martin, stood out first. Then you have the multiple trips to Las Vegas; yes, Sin City, and a strange place for a married Mormon with children to hang out in. Martin’s inability to associate reality with fantasy is also an issue. Martin and Jeffs are both Mormon, come to think of it. Now, many will not see the correlation between the two; however, when you couple the actions of both with statements from folks like Mike Murphy pertaining to heroin abuse, well, an entirely different picture emerges. And Murphy’s statements — to be released over the weekend — are not the only ones which have surfaced, recently. The inner circle which Martin has tried to keep so isolated is rapidly collapsing just like that of Innotion Enterprises when they began the forgeries of photos to submit back to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) while under investigation. Yes, dear ‘ol Al Espinoza, the Castroite that he is, would remember how they all huddled in the war room with their assholes puckered up so tight you couldn’t get a stick pin through them.

You see, lies are part of the Martin Family Fabric. As a matter of fact, when BLM Companies took over the HUD Management and Marketing (M&M) Field Service Manager (FSM) 3.8 Contract, as the HUD Prime Vendor in Maine, Martin was already rolling out marching orders which were designed to maim and potentially kill Minority Females and Labor. HUD has a procedure known as back feeding. Back feeding deals with taking a generator, with electrical line attachments, and pumping electricity into a home in order to test whether electrically operated features work — features such as outlets, lights, appliances and HVAC. In normal application, it is both illegal and dangerous. The way in which Brent Martin trained people to do it, it could have been a death sentence. You see, Martin ordered that the generators be rigged directly to the fuse panel as opposed to back fed through 220 outlets.

573 Saint John St, Portland, ME

And therein lies the rub as the bard would say. On the 18th of December, 2016, a husband and wife team in Maine had been hired by BLM Companies to perform services upon HUD properties. As part of the hiring process, they were requested to present themselves at 573 Saint John St, Portland, Maine, along with all others whom were going to work for BLM Companies. When they arrived, BLM Companies personnel began to train them in the process of electrical back feeding. As you may see, to the left, there is no contesting precisely what took place that day as those cords are what are specifically used to back feed power into HUD owned assets. Now, both the husband and wife were Members of the Foreclosurepedia Nation. They had read many articles, in the past, about the dangers and hazards with respect to electrical back feeding. So, when BLM Companies not only used electronic means, crossing state lines to communicate the mandatory attendance; when BLM Companies flew their own personnel out to Maine to train unsuspecting Members of Labor, they reached out immediately to both Foreclosurepedia and Central Maine Power Company (CMPCO) whom provides power to the region.

Linda Ball, CMPCO Customer Relations Manager, was contacted both by the husband and wife and then, within hours, by myself. Ball, in turn, placed me in contact with CMPCO’s Communications Director, John Carroll. It should bejohn-carroll noted, that while many may find CMPCO to be some backwater, rural electric cooperative, it is actually owned by European Energy Conglomerate Iberdrola SA. Iberdrola is a Spanish public multinational electric utility company based in Bilbao, Basque Country. Iberdrola has a workforce of around 31,330 employees in dozens of countries on four continents serving around 31.67 million customers. Carroll and I spoke for about half an hour on the 16th of March, 2016, with respect to Brent Martin illegally ordering both the training for  and the electrical back feeding of HUD assets in the state of Maine. During the course of that interview, which is below, Carroll revealed that Brent Martin, upon questioning, lied to Carroll. Martin had stated that BLM Companies had never ordered any electrical back feeding of HUD assets nor had BLM Companies ever conducted any training with respect to such.

In fact Carroll was quite blunt in his response to BLM Companies performing training and back feeding upon HUD assets within CMPCO’s territory. This was Carroll’s quote at 8:12 into the Interview,

We certainly would never support someone doing that on our system. It’s obviously a risk to our line workers. It’s a risk to the public. It’s obviously a risk to the contractors or whomever are doing it.

Now, Carroll is no wet behind the ears Public Relations hack. Carroll is an extremely well respected personality in his sector and his resume speaks for itself,

John H. Carroll, of Portland, Maine, has served as Director of Communications for Iberdrola USA since 2013 where he has responsibility for internal and external communications, brand, reputation and social responsibility. In 2002 he joined Central Maine Power; one of Iberdrola USA’s operating companies where he served as Manager, Public Affairs and Corporate Communications.

Before that, John spent 10 years in corporate communications and charitable foundation work with UNUM, one of the nation’s largest disability insurers. His long-time involvement in land use planning and permitting includes 5 years as a site development coordinator with an architectural firm in Portland, Maine; nine years on the Portland Planning Board (2 as chairman); six years on the Casco Bay Island Transit District Board of Directors; six years on PACTS planning committees for regional traffic planning and alternative modes transportation planning; 3 years on the Board of Directors for the KIDS Consortium, and 9 years on the Board of Directors of the Trefethen-Evergreen Improvement Association on Peaks Island.

It would be disingenuous, though, to say that BLM Companies committed their crimes without HUD’s knowledge. As discussed in the interview with Carroll, Foreclosurepedia had notified HUD’s M&M Director, Craig Karnes, in a carbon copied email to Central Maine and Power. In fact, HUD had known, for over a decade, precisely both the illegal actions of BLM Companies and other similarly situated M&M FSM Contractors, HUD also knew the potentially grave danger it placed both Labor and the community in.

John “Grizzy” Grzywacz, is an OSHA National Training Institute icon and senior faculty member. His biography reads like a Who’s Who of OSHA Electrical Safety. Here is a piece from it,

Grizzy, as he likes to be called has been recognized by OSHA’s National Office in Washington D.C. as both a National Electrical Code (NEC®) historian as well as “the best electrical safety trainer in the country!”  Certainly at the very least Grizzy has been OSHA’s electrical safety guru and has been instrumental in shaping and interpreting OSHA policy and regulations over the years. Having assisted OSHA compliance officers with significant electrical cases and fatality investigations over the years, many compliance officers have stated that “Grizzy’s departure marks the end of an era.” at OSHA’s National Training Institute.

In addition to training both Federal and State OSHA investigators, Grizzy has trained numerous U.S. Federal agencies, as well as Air Force, Army, Navy, Coast Guard, and private sector throughout the U.S. as well as overseas. Some of the courses he has chaired and taught for OSHA include: Electrical Standards, Electrical Safety Related Work Practices and NFPA 70E, Electrical Power Generation Transmission and Distribution, OSHA Train the Trainer courses, OSHA 10 & 30 Hour Outreach courses, Machinery and Machine Guarding Standards, Mechanical Power Press Guarding, Introduction to Safety Standards for Safety Officers, Inspection Techniques and Legal Aspects, Collateral Safety for Federal Agencies, Occupational Safety and Health Course for Other Federal Agencies, as well as numerous seminars for conferences and special events. Grizzy is still continuing in retirement providing the same services he has provided during his OSHA career including currently training OSHA compliance officers nationwide and assisting OSHA compliance officers with OSHA fatality investigations.

Several years ago, there was a huge debate with respect to the safety and legality of back feeding which HUD oversaw and HUD M&M FSM Prime Vendors employed in the field. Grzywacz spoke with both myself, in April, 2014, as well as many others. During the course of this, Grzywacz produced a seven  (07) page document entitled the REO Electrical Inspections Monograph. It pertaining to the illegality and hazards involved with electrical back feeding. It is below.

At the end of the day, Brent Martin and his Ship of Fools, are going to come crashing back to reality. Martin is merely the puppet of Daddy Al Espinoza there at the BLM Companies Playpen. And at the end of the day, Espinoza and his Castro worshiping Innotionites are going to be brought down in a similar manner. Tick tock, tick tock. Can you hear that? Why that is the length of your careers now that you are squarely in the sights of Foreclosurepedia.
