We broke the Story on Great Lakes Property Specialists (GLPS) and their defraudment of a Michigan Contractor earlier this week. During our Investigation we unearthed the fact that Great Lakes Property Specialists Owner Jason J. Mazei filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in April, 2013. Mazei was farming out Altisource work by the bucket load. I reached out to Altisource‘s lawyers whom all refuse to comment. Nothing new there, either.
One of the larger providers of work to Great Lakes Property Specialists was Miken Construction. As many recall, Miken Construction, under the guidance of Danielle Whitton, ensured that innocent animals were murdered, through starvation, so that US Taxpayer dollars and Financial Institution monies could be collected for corpse removal. A former National Association of Mortgage Field Services Member, Miken Construction is the Poster Child of what Eric Miller, Executive Director of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services stands for.
All of Great Lakes Property Specialists work came from National Association of Mortgage Field Services Members. Nothing new there, though, as Contractors already know that Members of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services are no longer to ever be trusted. When you have National Association of Mortgage Field Services Members like Carol Boyd on the loose, given safe haven by people like Eric Miller within the National Association of Mortgage Field Services which acts as an extension of legitimacy, the stain and taint of Boyd and by proxy even Great Lakes Property Specialists reaches all Members of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services.
Here’s the deal: Foreclosurepedia is sympathetic to the fact that this Michigan Contractor, I really am. In today’s Property Preservation Industry, though, the typical Contractor is going to be destroyed by Members of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services. In the case of Great Lakes Property Specialists, they received ALL OF THEIR WORK from Members of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services. As is being shown, it would appear that Altisource has ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTION of paying this Contractor.
Unfortunately, it has become apparent that Contractors whom are going to do work at any meaningful level are going to have to realize they will have to begin to invest in Intelligence. Foreclosurepedia provides that Intelligence through our ISTAR Database Repository. The reality is this: If you are planning on earning more than $1,000 per year; yes that is One Thousand Dollars, the Investment is worth it.
The National Association of Mortgage Field Services is unable to regulate itself … if the criminals even wanted to. I have no other term for them as they are defrauding Contractors left and right. Go to any Social Media Site and the only folks you see out Cheerleading for these Order Mills are Order Mills themselves. So, what do you do?
Well, you can either go and attempt to figure out who is whom or you simply Order a Report from ISTAR if you are a Member. Having difficulties in getting your money? As we are moving away from the wholesale assistance to all Contractors, you simply Contact ISTAR and we ensure that every time that an Order Mill so much as even thought about hanging out in public restrooms, we make it public. We ensure that all of your legal options are drafted up for you and at the same time we ensure that the Order Mill, their employees and their owners never walk away from Google unscathed.
It is business, not personal. When Eric Miller last spoke with National Association of Mortgage Field Services Board Members the sentiment was very clear. Eric Miller and his crew of thugs are nothing more glamorous than 20th Century two bit con artists in my opinion. Search Google; it’s not just me saying this anymore. How pathetic and pedestrian Eric Miller has become. Afraid to even stand up to the criminals in his Association. Hey Eric, did you ask Carol whose check book she stole and wrote the bad checks on yet? We release everything Monday as she still refused to pay! 😉
