BRAC 133: Are You Ready For October?

Several of the Clients we have put into the SAM System for Federal Contracting had asked for some assistance in the upcoming BRAC 133. As many have seen on Foreclosurepedia, we delve pretty deeply into the Federal Contracting Arena.  So, what precisely is BRAC?

BRAC-133 is the numerical designation given to Alexandria’s Mark Center, home of the DoD’s 6,400 Base Realignment AndClosure employees.  This is a time lapse of the facility actually being built if you are so inclined to the tech side.

A list of organizations at Fort Belvoir is the “Who’s Who” in the Department of Defense.  If you want a piece of the nearly ONE TRILLION DOLLARS in Federal Contracting, BRAC 133 is where to start!  Need help getting your Firm in front of the Big Boys?  Thought you’d never ask!  Feel free to reach out and set up a Consultation!  In the Meantime, take a read through who is on the Team at Fort Belvoir!

Fort Belvoir is now home to two Army major command headquarters, as well as 10 different Army major commands, 19 different agencies of the Department of  Army, eight elements of the U.S. Army Reserve and the Army National Guard, and 26 DoD agencies. Also located here are a U.S. Navy construction battalion, a Marine Corps detachment, a U.S. Air Force activity, and an agency from the Department of the Treasury.

Before You Go ...

Foreclosurepedia exists because readers, workers, and advocates understand that protecting Labor in the mortgage field services industry requires independence, persistence, and resources. We do not answer to servicers, hedge funds, or corporate trade groups; our accountability is to the Field Service Technicians, Inspectors and administrative personnel whose livelihoods are too often treated as expendable. Donations are what allow us to investigate quietly buried contract changes, expose abusive labor practices, and publish work that would otherwise never see the light of day. Every contribution helps keep our reporting free from industry pressure and focused squarely on defending labor standards, fair pay, and basic dignity in the foreclosure ecosystem. If you believe this work matters, your support is not symbolic—it is the reason Foreclosurepedia can continue to stand between Labor and a system that routinely exploits it.
