With the Mortgagee Compliance Manager (MCM) Contract, their technological patchwork quilt COTS bid, the HUD Marketing and Maintenance (M&M) 3.7 Asset Manger (AM) Contract and the HUD M&M 3.8 Field Service Manager (FSM) Contract all landing at nearly the same time, Craig Karnes has a full table — DU204SB-14-R-0002, DU100H-14-R-0002, DU204SA-13-R-0005 and DU204SA-13-R-0004 for the techno geeks. The Yardi Voyager PHA Suite will probably get flavor of the year once again as it is the quintessential hackware firm which never produces much more than garbage html on a bug ridden framework.
