Jay Goscinski: Houston We Have A Problem

Jay Goscinski, owner of Michigan Realty Solutions, has a problem. It is difficult enough to keep the lights on let alone make payments upon debts owed when there is no money to do either. Goscinski, a Member of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime is a sterling example of why the Mortgage Field Services Industry needs federal oversight. The reality is that the continued pumping of Work Orders down a National, Regional and Otherwise Unspecified Order Mill pipeline is no longer an option.

Eric Miller, the mouthpiece of fraud in the Industry; the Executive Director of the NAMFS Regime paid over ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS PER YEAR knew when he accepted Goscinski’s less than honest application — less than honest as Altisource never submitted a Letter on behalf of Goscinski as both NAMFS and Goscinski paraded — there were going to be catastrophic problems. Miller’s problem, though, was that he had just come off a FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLAR PLUS loss according to the IRS Form 990 which Foreclosurepedia was forced to file a Federal Complaint vis-a-vis the IRS 13909 Complaint process in order to view.

The phones didn’t stop ringing off the hook this morning on the Foreclosurepedia Radio Network pertaining to the Goscinski matter. In fact, over the past several weeks, Foreclosurepedia came into receipt of dozens upon dozens of complaints from Members of Labor pertaining to Goscinski’s refusal to pay them hundreds of thousands of dollars in totality. The entirety of the Altisource Portfolio; Altisource having now laid off over 800 employees and drug the gutter for yet another Financial Officer, is now considered suspect. Now, Foreclosurepedia had the opportunity to speak with Goscinski and he paints a markedly different picture,

Pat McTaggart — referring to Altisource’s Queen Bee whom knights or fucks Prime Vendors — has been fucking Michigan Realty Solutions every chance she gets. It is a story which strikes resonance across many Prime Vendors these days. Goscinski states that a plethora of work orders which had been completed had simply vanished under the click of a button by McTaggart or another unknown Altisource agent or employee by cancelling the work already performed.

Whether or not Altisource is or is not paying Work Orders is somewhat immaterial as I see it. Either Goscinski is financially solvent and is capable of making his payments or he is not. If the work which Members of Labor performed was submitted in a timely nature, then payments are in order.

Goscinski’s troubles are far from done, I believe. Even if tomorrow Goscinski were able to wave a magic wand and obtain capital to cover the debt on Altisource — which I put around a quarter of a million dollars or so — the reality is that the monies fronted on that must be paid back with interest. Foreclosurepedia attempted to sit down with Goscinski and work through his mess; however, each day it was a broken record — I have funding coming in.

Foreclosurepedia has no choice but to downgrade the recommendation on Michigan Realty Solutions to Beyond Salvage. It is the opinion of Foreclosurepedia that Members of Labor begin to forthwith obtain Legal Counsel and immediately forward all of their information over to Foreclosurepedia via the simple Form on the Foreclosurepedia Website for preparation of Class Action Litigation and the filing of Liens. Time and again Foreclosurepedia has made these recommendations and Labor as laughed. Time and again, Members of Labor have ended up bankrupted as Management went on to spin up yet another Ponzi Scheme.

Foreclosurepedia will follow up this evening with a detailed Article listing the debt, addresses and information so that Members of Labor are able to speak with each other. It should be anticipated that Michigan Realty Solutions may seek Bankruptcy Protection. Members of Labor are accordingly advised to prepare for a long, drawn out war. Members of Labor are advised to extract themselves from any and all Work Orders currently being performed for Michigan Realty Solutions until such time as Foreclosurepedia issues an Amended Opinion Upon Michigan Realty Solutions.

Before You Go ...

Foreclosurepedia exists because readers, workers, and advocates understand that protecting Labor in the mortgage field services industry requires independence, persistence, and resources. We do not answer to servicers, hedge funds, or corporate trade groups; our accountability is to the Field Service Technicians, Inspectors and administrative personnel whose livelihoods are too often treated as expendable. Donations are what allow us to investigate quietly buried contract changes, expose abusive labor practices, and publish work that would otherwise never see the light of day. Every contribution helps keep our reporting free from industry pressure and focused squarely on defending labor standards, fair pay, and basic dignity in the foreclosure ecosystem. If you believe this work matters, your support is not symbolic—it is the reason Foreclosurepedia can continue to stand between Labor and a system that routinely exploits it.
