The Entire NAMFS Website Is Now Down

The National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime Website, reported by Google as being hacked in a Google Search of NAMFS, is now completely gone. We have been reporting upon the daily cyber attacks against the NAMFS Regime and its Membership. Earlier today, Foreclosurepedia reported upon Brunswick Companies along with M&M Mortgage falling victim to what appears to be the same type of email server hack which Spectrum Field Services is experiencing. To date, Eric Miller whom is the Executive Director of the NAMFS Regime and is paid over ONE HUNDRED AND ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS PER YEAR CONSUMING OVER SEVENTY PERCENT OF ALL MEMBER DUES, has refused to do anything. When Miller refused to inform his Membership about the compromised NAMFS Website, he potentially placed all of them in grave danger and I believe it is safe to say that this infection which NAMFS has contributed to the cascade in other viruses now spreading like wildfire.

While Foreclosurepedia does not publicly condone cyber attacks, the reality is that the Mortgage Field Services Industry is finally getting a taste of their own medicine. The reality is that you can only fuck people for so long before you get what is coming.

Perhaps the NAMFS Rank and File ought to ask Eric Miller to spend some of their dues on website protection? I mean, I really do not know what they think anymore. Word on the bricks is that the NAMFS may potentially be teetering on financial insolvency. I, for one, believe that the NAMFS Regime has long been involved in money laundering. I base part of this upon the fact that Eric Miller still refuses to obey federal law by releasing the NAMFS tax returns — the NAMFS IRS 990. Neither here nor there as now the NAMFS Regime does not even have a website! I mean what kind of fucking show are they running?

Editor’s Note:  We spoke with with a Source within M&M Mortgage, on the condition of anonymity, whom stated that while M&M Mortgage’s email servers did not originate the string of virus laden emails which criss crossed the internet, the contacts list of a high level M&M Mortgage staffer was breached. This, the Source believed, contributed to the flood of emails sent out. We will pick this up in our next article.

Before You Go ...

Foreclosurepedia exists because readers, workers, and advocates understand that protecting Labor in the mortgage field services industry requires independence, persistence, and resources. We do not answer to servicers, hedge funds, or corporate trade groups; our accountability is to the Field Service Technicians, Inspectors and administrative personnel whose livelihoods are too often treated as expendable. Donations are what allow us to investigate quietly buried contract changes, expose abusive labor practices, and publish work that would otherwise never see the light of day. Every contribution helps keep our reporting free from industry pressure and focused squarely on defending labor standards, fair pay, and basic dignity in the foreclosure ecosystem. If you believe this work matters, your support is not symbolic—it is the reason Foreclosurepedia can continue to stand between Labor and a system that routinely exploits it.
