I’ve been pretty swamped with my Barn to House Conversion (Click the Hyper Link to see the progression from what it was to where Crystal and I am today). With that said, when I stumble upon good things I like to report on that as well. Many will remember that I wrote an Article about MFS Supply and the genesis beginning with Amir Jaffa vis-a-vis Mendamir Locks as it appeared to me. Well, I had a need for some locks; I had a house with 11 bedrooms, and 8 and 1/2 baths, which translated into 9 knob and 8 deadbolts. The Client, a US Government Agency, required all the locks to be done and done in a certain time frame. The key codes I needed were exotic. Android in hand, I did a quick search and found MFS Supply.
I don’t want to give the whole story away; however, I do want to say this: I damn sure would order from MFS Supply again! The representative made it a breeze and in 48 hours I had my materials. Not crappy ones either; I am going to drill down on the ergonomic set up of the locks and screw sets as well. Now, when Foreclosurepedia recommends someone you KNOW our reputation is on the line! I have no Disclosure to make as this was a normal business transaction.
Normally, I would not belabor the issue; however, I really was impressed. Price, quality, timeliness — all met with my Standard of Approval. For those Drive By Social Media pundits, mark this day in history! So, I am hopeful that I will be done with the MFS Supply Article by tomorrow evening.
