We have been back end coding a geographic mapping system similar to the ISTAR Database System here on the Blog. The primary difference is that the Foreclosurepedia REO Directory Listing Service will be far more refined. It will allow for the publication of Logos, Photos, Videos, Excerpts and Reviews. All of this will be available by several Search Parameters. You will be able to select by Distance, Category and Name; you will also be able to search via Icon Markers on a Map.
The Genesis for this Concept was laid out to several folks over the past year each of whom took the concept and decided to screw the Contractors. The reality finally set in that if you want to get something done right, you have to do it yourself.
A Rating System will be open to all Registered or Anonymous; the Ratings will not be moderated. According to the Level that the Company is entered at, the ability to add additional Categories, Videos, Photos, etc. increase. Regardless, the entire ISTAR Database System will be migrated over in a redacted form and Companies may opt in to make additions to the information I have created. The beauty of the system is that IT IS FREE OF CHARGE to the Contractor or Client. A novel concept that perhaps the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime ought to contemplate — perhaps HELP people instead of screwing them!
