Carol Boyd, owner of Boyd Property Preservation and Member of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services must have decided that mailing checks she knew would bounce became a liability. She drove this one down personally to Savannah, GA. So, while Eric Miller, the ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLAR A YEAR MOUTHPIECE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services is out and about trying to place distance between the National Association of Mortgage Field Services and Miken Construction on LinkedIn, Carol Boyd is racking up the bad checks to Latinos throughout the Southeast.
Hello I am Idalia Luna from Savannah, GA spoke a while back to Gretchen about my situation with Boyd Property. I sent Amber an email that I haven’t received my pay to please pay me ASAP? Her response is and I will copy, paste so you can see, her response: “It was mailed out, I don’t know why you haven’t received it yet however I actually have to be in Savannah tomorrow for some meetings so I can stop payment on the check that was mailed and I can meet you tomorrow with a new one if you would like? I apologize that you haven’t received it yet” My response: “No I haven’t received any mail from BOYD, but please do so if you are coming to Savannah we can meet let me know where and what time.Thanks for responding,” her response:”No problem, I will be in a meeting down there from 12-2pm and I will call you after that to determine a location to meet. Again, I apologize for the trouble.”……………… Amber did called me at 3:12pm and we did meet on I-95 and exit 94 on a shell gas station to my surprise Carol was with her, Carol was the one that hand me the check for the amount of $580 she did say and I quote “do not deposit check today I have to transfer funds and thank you for your hard work.” I personally dont trust that check has funds but before I try to deposit on my bank account I will ask the teller to check for funds first I dont want no bounced check. Me and my husband are Latinos as well but I never have had a problem like that with them only this time that they have taken so long to pay and also, there was several occasions I did not take no work from them I guess because it was that instinct I have and because I thought that girl Magali Nava did not know what she was doing. I just thought I had to let you know they were both here and I know for a fact that Carol answers emails and phone calls from Amber. I will let you know how check turns out hopefully it wont bounce. I will send an attachment of the check she gave me today…..thank you,
Yeah, you got it. The check bounced just like the rest of them. The National Association of Mortgage Field Services is up against the wall now. We are beginning to see clear discrimination against Veterans, Minorities and Females now by their Members. No two ways around it.
So, there you have it, Just Another Day In Paradise with Boyd Property Preservation; a Member of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services. Hey Mr. Miller, how about giving Carol a call and asking her to pay her debts and maybe bring her into compliance with the By Laws?! Or, is it acceptable to continue to write bad check after bad check? Hell, if that’s the case I have some folks whom would love Membership!
