When Cyprexx‘s owner, Brandon, Florida, based Ronnie Ory Jr donated One Million Dollars to the Trump Inauguration Ball, he probably wasn’t thinking about Jeffrey Epstein’s two decades long trafficking of children, as sexual slaves. Recent events, though, place under the microscope his unique status as being one of only two Florida donors to shell out a million dollars to Trump while simultaneously taking out a $2,346,722 US government bailout loan on April 7, 2020, and yet another $2,000,000 US government bailout loan on April 10, 2021. The Lolita Express logs are now coming back to haunt both the passengers and the funders alike. The 42nd and 45th commanders-in-chief were exposed as some of the high-profile passengers who rubbed elbows with the pedophile when the logs were released two years earlier during convicted madam Ghislaine Maxwell’s trial.

Normally, a one off event holds little weight. When you look at how the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) operates, though, the pattern and practice trace a particularly concerning modus operandi. Whether it is the washing of a million dollars and then feigning financial insolvency by collecting $4,346,722 in bailouts like Cyprex and Ory did or the rape and murder of a 15 year old girl, by NAMFS co founder and Coastal Mortgage Services Don McPherson’s son, the lines start to really get blurred.
It is not simply the violent and sexually charged issues that are problematic. Here is a brief list of the long and extensive financial terrorism against Minority Females and Labor that NAMFS members have engaged in,
All the usual suspects. I mean this is becoming a Jerry Springer show over at the NAMFS Regime. You had the Buczek Family whose one son went on a crime spree racking up fraudulent accounts with banks and forged identities. You had the paterfamilias whom used his own daughter to pass off bogus coins as US Currency. Then you had the other son of the Buczek Clan defraud Contractors from the East Coast to the West Coast out of millions of dollars. — FBI, US Secret Service, state and local law enforcement all participated in this costing US Taxpayers even more money!
You have the Buczek Family whose Leader is the now disgraced and former NAMFS Regime Secretary Heather Berghorst. Berghorst defrauded Contractors out of hundreds of thousands of dollars in multiple states. When she went to file bankruptcy, she had the tables turned and was sued in federal court for embezzlement, fraud and larceny by Contractors and Fifth Third Bank hit her with willful and malicious injury for concealing and/or illegally transferring nearly SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS of cash and property! Finally, Berghorst filed her SECOND Bankruptcy, tried to claim unemployment on it and was smacked down by the Michigan Bankruptcy Court.
You had Dean Counce, another NAMFS Regime Member, whom the US Secret Service finally caught up with after bilking Bank of America out of millions upon millions of dollars for Inspections which never took place. Counce is serving in a Maximum Security lockup which is rare for white collar crime. You had Carol Boyd, Bronze Level Contributor to the NAMFS Regime, whom defrauded Contractors across the Southeast and passed bogus checks across state lines multiple times on VA Contracts. So detestable was Boyd, that she willfully defrauded a disabled, war time veteran.
It goes on and on and on. Whether it be the prison sentence against NAMFS member Vicki Boser and InsuranceTek for insurance fraud, which NAMFS protected with a wall of silence to the end, or the PrimeStar and HomeStar collapses, the reality is that there is pure, unadulterated evil at NAMFS. The recent involuntary bankruptcy of National Field Network and the clawing back of over three million dollars from Fannie Mae and others documents, much like the Epstein web, that there is an issue of complicity, at minimum.

When you look to determine whether or not you want to avoid scandals like those discussed above, why not reach out to the NAMFS Board of Directors and ask why they not only continue to allow this plague to proliferate upon our Industry, but why they continue to refuse the hundreds of millions of dollars in price increases from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD to pass down to Labor.

In 2024, it is time for Labor to begin asking the hard questions about precisely who the NAMFS members are and understand exactly what they support and believe in.
