Just a short note to point out that about 24 hours ago, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) reissued the very same Awards for the HUD M&M 3.8 — remember, the Small Business Administration (SBA) found merit with some of the challenges and even HUD conceded that there was a shit load of problems.
In a manner which only Craig Karnes, the HUD M&M Director, is capable of doing, the emails went out telling those whom legitimately participated in the process to go suck a dick. To make sure that Karnes conveyed precisely what the Obama Administration thinks about those whom will not pay kickbacks and bribes to public officials, they reissued the Awards in a nearly identical manner.
The fact of the matter is that neither Karnes, nor HUD nor Kevin Simpson, HUD Counsel at the HUD Office of the Inspector General, give two fucking shits about anything unless someone like myself crawls up their asshole so deeply that they need a proctologist to sit down for the next six months. And over the weekend, the information we are going to release is going to make all of their collective assholes pucker up so tightly, you won’t be able to get a stick pin through them!
