Joe Hummel's LinkedIn Profile Showing His NAMFS Committee Memberships
As the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) moves closer to the complete reelection of nearly all of its Board of Directors, many are asking precisely whom is at the helm of the Committees which were staffed by the outgoing criminal regime. Specifically, NAMFS has the following up for election: President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. Foreclosurepedia has every intention of agitating the election process and by any means necessary, stacking the deck. As we begin to publish on Eric Miller and the enrichment of his wife as it strikes me, I believe we will see the position of Executive Director soon open up, as well.
The continued display by Joe Hummel of his ability to be both a criminal and yet remain unhindered by the NAMFS Board in his capacity on both the Membership and Financial Committees of NAMFS is a reinforcement of Eric Miller’s contempt for law and order in a civil society. Hummel was convicted for his involvement in the defraudment of well over $130,ooo from a Texas Lumber Company by and through an invoicing system.

Foreclosurepedia has been closely examining those Chairmen and Committee Members whom continue to refuse to object to criminals appointed to their Committees. In fact, Foreclosurepedia has every intention of holding the Firm’s whom have Members seated accountable. It will come as no shock, going forward, as we begin to intervene in the Request For Proposal and Award Process currently underway. In fact, Foreclosurepedia has already begun to release internal ISTAR Clear Base Files on pertinent individuals to ensure that they receive appropriate global exposure and introduction.
David Dolan is a principal actor in this ongoing B Rate movie. Dolan is no stranger to what graft and corruption looks like as he is a former employee of Lender Processing Services (LPS) now Service Link. Let us just say that the originations of Contracts from LPS to NAMFS Members left a highly questionable paper trail over the years which included a very interesting absorption of former LPS Employees by Contract Holders.
The People should not be afraid of NAMFS. NAMFS should be afraid of The People!
Change is a painful process. And change is coming. A revolution without dancing is a revolution not having — there are those whom will understand the meaning of that. Beneath Foreclosurepedia there is more than flesh; beneath Foreclosurepedia there is an idea and you cannot kill an idea. This is a direct message to those whom have the ability to change their ways that V is for Vendetta!
Before You Go ...
Foreclosurepedia exists because readers, workers, and advocates understand that protecting Labor in the mortgage field services industry requires independence, persistence, and resources. We do not answer to servicers, hedge funds, or corporate trade groups; our accountability is to the Field Service Technicians, Inspectors and administrative personnel whose livelihoods are too often treated as expendable. Donations are what allow us to investigate quietly buried contract changes, expose abusive labor practices, and publish work that would otherwise never see the light of day. Every contribution helps keep our reporting free from industry pressure and focused squarely on defending labor standards, fair pay, and basic dignity in the foreclosure ecosystem. If you believe this work matters, your support is not symbolic—it is the reason Foreclosurepedia can continue to stand between Labor and a system that routinely exploits it.
