Who We Are
Foreclosurepedia is the world's first user contributed, Open Source wiki. Our goals are to create an all inclusive database of knowledge specific to the foreclosure industry to help both the novice and seasoned professional. All information contained within Foreclosurepedia is governed under the Creative Commons license with the exception of Intelligence aspects.
This wiki serves as both the public repository for generalized access of information and a compartmentalized private area for the storage and processing of REO/Property Preservation services.
Access On This Wiki
You will need to be a registered Contributor to view some of these pages. With that said, Foreclosurepedia neither confirms nor denies the veracity of the information contained herein. It is user contributed, supported and maintained. The overall goal is to establish a centralized repository for the storage and tracking of information with specificity to Clients and Contractors; Dossiers which allow for each party to verify the veracity of each other's information.
Searching For A Property
To search for a specific property you can do one of several things. First, you may type any part of the address in the upper right hand corner search bar. For example, the name of the town, part of the address, or the loan number. If you are registered and have Clearance, you may also utilize the REO Property Inventory parameter to list all jobs.
You may further search items by using the What links here link on the left hand side Tool box. This feature allows you to click it on any page to see how pages are related. For example, all pages associated with Knoxville; all pages having properties which have had a winterization; or perhaps all properties which are mobile homes or in a certain key code grouping. You may also search, using this feature, for all properties associated with a certain company.
We are updating our Semantic MediaWiki data. Files will be compiling through 26AUG12.
After multiple requests for private licensing, we have set up a Licensing page. Feel free to review it and submit any questions you may have!
We are incorporating some new Point and Click (PNC) features. This is a Map of the United States with PNC Overlays.
