Tower Preservation LLC got off to a great start the other day. The fact of the matter is that Robert Kapeluch, the former SEAS LLC Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is at the helm. Here, take a look at the Florida Business License for Tower Preservation LLC. The quaint, residential 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom home is the headquarters for what I may only predict as becoming yet another ticking time bomb in an already decimated Mortgage Field Services Industry. Just a stone’s throw away from Palm Harbor, FL, Tampa might even strike one as a haven for Order Mill alumni whom have all seen tours of duty at some of the most prolific #HouseOfFraud Institutions ever witnessed on the face of the earth.

Dating back to 2011, it would appear that Tower Preservation LLC, was an escape plan. I say this because it was dormant for a period of time and then was resurrected on 20 March 2015. That is about the same time as Members of Labor began to proverbially gather with pitchforks. The lowdown is that Robert Kapeluch is listed as both the Registered Agent and the Manager as best I can tell from the acronym of MGRM listed on the Florida Secretary of State Division of Corporations website.

The Tampa area has always been a cesspool for fraud. No two ways around it as I see it. Foreclosurepedia possesses a large and detailed list of names of Order Mill alumni whom have been present and overseen some of the most #EpicFraud Campaigns ever orchestrated on domestic soil. Time and time again, these individuals have been not only given a pass, but rewarded with even better employment as Members of Labor are defrauded and cast to the side.
Mid Ohio Field Services and Miken Construction come to mind when I think about how the Industry simply Mills not only the Work Orders around, but those whom solicit Members of Labor to perform them. In fact, so horrific was the setting at Miken Construction; before, during and after the acquisition of Mid Ohio Field Services, that Foreclosurepedia interviewed an Auditor there whom attested to the fact that Miken Construction staff were given orders to allow animals to die so that fees could be collected for corpse removal. All the while, those working at Miken Construction pretended they knew absolutely nothing while defenseless creatures eviscerated themselves on fiberglass insulation in a feeble attempt to stay alive. No matter how much this Industry may hate me nor what Campaigns Management may be orchestrating against me, the reality is anyone whom worked at these Firms and refused to speak up make me look like Saint Peter! More on point, though, what Member of Labor would ever, in their right minds, work for people like this?!! Owner, Recruiter or Processor the reality is that it is food for thought. Make no mistake whatsoever, there are commonalities throughout the entire history.
An Interview With A Former Miken Construction Auditor
The Foreclosurepedia Podcast this weekend will bring together many of those whom were defrauded by SEAS LLC. In fact, we are hearing that Altisource, whom was SEAS LLCs biggest Paymaster, has convened a team of lawyers to begin to examine the situation. Word on the bricks is that thanks, in part, to Foreclosurepedia’s dogged pursuit of SEAS LLC and their fraud, Alitsource was overwhelmed by the sheer volume of responses. So, while Members of Management may want me set up and framed for insanity and we will discuss that later this evening in a MUST LISTEN TO Foreclosurepedia Podcast with an All Star Lineup and introduce those whom want Foreclosurepedia shut down, the reality is that Members of Labor now refuse to be silenced.
More on this Fast Breaking Story along with a Walk Down Memory Lane and the introduction of a new website EVERYONE needs to take a look at, tonight!
Before You Go ...
Foreclosurepedia exists because readers, workers, and advocates understand that protecting Labor in the mortgage field services industry requires independence, persistence, and resources. We do not answer to servicers, hedge funds, or corporate trade groups; our accountability is to the Field Service Technicians, Inspectors and administrative personnel whose livelihoods are too often treated as expendable. Donations are what allow us to investigate quietly buried contract changes, expose abusive labor practices, and publish work that would otherwise never see the light of day. Every contribution helps keep our reporting free from industry pressure and focused squarely on defending labor standards, fair pay, and basic dignity in the foreclosure ecosystem. If you believe this work matters, your support is not symbolic—it is the reason Foreclosurepedia can continue to stand between Labor and a system that routinely exploits it.
