Fannie Mae Contractor Accused of Race Discrimination in Three U.S. Cities Property Maintenance Company AMS Inc. failed to maintain vacant homes inAfrican-American and Latino neighborhoods in Atlanta, Grand Rapids, and San Diego.
When we look more and more at the National Association of Mortgage Field Services, we are finding that its Membership is not only involved in the defraudment of innocent men, women and by proxy children. We are seeing the insidious specter of racism rear its ugly head Nationwide. This is an unconscionable activity which is being thrust upon minority communities in a blatant attempt to enrich a select few. In the past we have reported upon Ernie Stepkovic, Lee Mertins and Bill Christy and their Legion spreading out across the United States in a systematic manner vis-a-vis their submission of False Claims into the US Department of Housing and Urban Development‘s (HUD) P260 Server which submitted tens of millions of dollars in potentially illegal screenshots which alleged to have performed work upon foreclosed properties. This suit merely reinforces the ultimate question of why the US Government and Craig Karnes, HUD’s Director of the Marketing and Management (M&M) program refused to allow investigations to commence.
