When a recently onboarded Client of mine contacted me last week, their first question was why are you charging a Retainer for what you do? While it was an odd question, I put it like this: Currently, you are having problems with low wages and getting paid. Neither of those issues are you able to fix. I bring white glove access to private label firms whom are paying seven to ten times the amount you are receiving now and why are you waiting for pay, being short paid and accepting no pay work orders . . .
