Market Ready Does Not Challenge Their Size Protest

BREAKING NEWS:  Market Ready, the presumptive US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Management and Marketing (M&M) Field Service Manager (FSM) Awardee for Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi, had a Size Protest against them for their recent Award. Strange thing is that Market Ready did not challenge that Protest. While we are awaiting comments from several of our Sources, the fact of the matter is how does one forget, when they sign forms under penalty of perjury, that they are not a Small Business as defined by the Small Business Administration and in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations?!

Whom knew what and when did they know it? Who did the paperwork? Moreover, how about some transparency with respect to the phone and email logs! The American Public deserves to know!

More on this fast breaking story tonight and on our Foreclosurepedia Podcast.

Editor’s Note:  Foreclosurepedia incorrectly stated that Market Ready is a National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Member. That is incorrect. The are a Mortgage Bankers Association Member.
