Lender Processing Services (LPS), a National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime Member, has been confirmed in their closing of the Solon, Ohio, office by an employee with over 5 years of history and in a managerial level position. The continued contraction within the Mortgage Field Services Industry is beginning to manifest itself with respect to the human toll it is taking. The reality is that as margins have become so precariously slim, the shuttering of offices and laying off of personnel are now part and parcel the landscape upon which the Industry now exists. As we recently saw with respect to the disgraced former National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime Secretary Heather Berghorst and her wholesale defraudment of Contractors and financial insolvency triggering bankruptcy — the SECOND BANKRUPTCY she has filed in ten years — the reality is that no firm is completely trusted to remain open for business tomorrow morning. 14-04293-jrh Douglas Berghorst Chapter 7 Heather Berghorst.
In fact, with Eric Miller at the helm of the NAMFS Regime the moniker of Captain Ahab is being muttered ever more loudly daily. Miller’s refusal to address Ethics Complaints against Heather Berghorst or fellow NAMFS Regime Legacy Members
Amanda and Adam Buczek and their defraudment of other Contractors while receiving over ONE HUNDRED AND TWELVE THOUSAND AND FORTY FOUR DOLLARS EACH YEAR CONSUMING NEARLY SEVENTY PERCENT OF ALL MEMBER DUES is being called into question openly now by NAMFS Rank and File. More on point, though, is the lack of explanation for his well over ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLAR PAY RAISE for FY 2012 — the most recent reported Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Form 990 Return. Miller’s continued stonewalling of investigations and black out on communication with the NAMFS Rank and File is now more startling than even that which the Obama Administration has served up. Even more troubling is the fact that the NAMFS Regime is unable to respond to Foreclosurepedia’s Request for FY 2013 IRS Form 990 because they haven’t even filed it yet — big congrats goes out to Paul Magaha there for keeping the tradition alive! Foreclosurepedia is still being refused access to the NAMFS Regime Letter of Determination which we will file a Formal Complaint upon in the morning.
Foreclosurepedia reported upon LPS laying off folks up in Solon, OH, last year and refusing to comply with the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act. We, once again, reached out to the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services whom oversees the WARN Act implementation in Ohio for comment. We were referred to Jean Ann Carlson whom was not available immediately for comment. LPS is not currently listed on the Ohio WARN Public Listings website and we do not expect LPS to comply with federal law any time in the immediate future.
LPS appears to have 425 employees operating out of their offices as seen in the statistics; however, we were not able to confirm this with the State of Ohio. The reality is that, once again, innocent men and women are being informed about the atrocities being committed by yet another National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime Member by reading it on Foreclosurepedia.
It is truly sad that LPS and their fellow NAMFS Regime Members do not even have the spine to address the employees and contractors whom bust their asses each and every day. Coming on the heels of Foreclosurepedia’s articles stating Asset Management Specialists (AMS) were going to loose both their US Department of Housing and Urban Development Contracts and their Fannie Mae Contracts which they did and Fannie Mae Listing Agents were advised — I know whom has been awarded them and they begin servicing them 01 August 2014 so you might want to get a jump on your competition by having doors opened up TODAY — we are seeing why those Firms with a need for Consulting should wisely invest their money with Foreclosurepedia. Instead, they try to keep it hidden and hatch plots and schemes which Eric Miller appears to be completely content with supporting by his refusal to confront such. No doubt Miller is well compensated — whether by money, thank you or his continued rubber stamping of his reelection is unknown. Foreclosurepedia wishes the very best for the soon to be notified LPS Employees going forward. If any of you are in need of employment, please reach out to me directly and I will put you in contact with those within the Industry whom have a need for your incredible skill sets. Additionally, for those of you whom buried the bodies for your thankless masters, reach out to me as well and I will GUARANTEE TO KEEP YOU ANONYMOUS and publish upon the skeletons in the closet! Gotta wonder how Aaron Davitian spins this one, huh?!
