Before I lay into Gay Goscinski, the brokeback hack of Michigan as I perceive him, I wanted to tell PrimeStar Field Services that thanks to Andrew Arena. We did the due diligence and have a stack of Complaints in ISTAR. PrimeStar’s days are now numbered unless and until the owner reaches out and convinces me that Kim Fatica did not orchestrate the mess Arena created. Now, Arena changed his profile, but make no mistake whatsoever that we got a screenshot last night.
Eric Miller, the ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLAR PLUS A YEAR PROTECTOR of Jay Goscinski, is in a world of shit. Miller is the Executive Director of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime. Goscinski is an Offender Member of the NAMFS Regime. Altisource is a Habitual Offender Member of the NAMFS Regime and the one whom remained silent when Goscinski produced fraudulent documents to Miller for Membership in the NAMFS Regime and then began defrauding Members of Labor by refusing to pay them for services rendered upon Altisource Properties.
I saw your video and I am associates with Jeff Carlson we are in the same boat he owes me 11,000. There is more contractors if you help please get back with me.
Here is a former employee talking about Jay Goscinski, owner of Michigan Realty Solutions,
Good Evening,
I am a once employee of the scam ran by honest individuals who were fed lines of lies on a daily basis by man who sits back in his chair pocketing not only his fair share of the loot, but the guys who helped him get it as well.
I am writing to you for the fact that I cannot sit back and watch multiple individuals go without because of Jay Goscinski.
For over the corse of the past year i have had many responsibilitys within the once thought legitimate company Michigan Realty Solutions. My responsibilities within the company were field crew supervisor, lead recuiter, as well as the asset manager for the state of michigan for the client Altisource. It was my responsibility within to get contractors to work for me to make money as a legitimate business doing pre forclosed work on properties throughout the entire state of michigan.
When i first started working for MRS i thought that i had gotten a job in a legitimate business actually trying to help within this industry. I dove head first trying my hardest to obtain all the contractors i could so I could complete my work orders.
It didn’t take more than 6 months to make it plan as day, something wasnt right. I would get a new contractor, sell him on our payout time frame of net 30. Works well for the 30 days, Contractor totalling bills i haven’t made in a year to date in my life. To find out come 45 days later my contractor didn’t get paid and i would have to find a new one.
He would come to us each assigned a different state and point the finger at us saying that monkeys could do what the fuck we were supposed to do, but we couldn’t? Saying that it was my job to convince the contractor to work without getting paid, Or that i wasnt recuiting good enough thats why the state coverage wasnt good.
This happened over and over throughout the entire course of my employment, until i quit. He is a very shady individual. You cannot trust this man with anything.
I have many experiences throughout working for michigan realty solutions, that i have not gone into detail within this email for it would be pages.
Currently as far as i am aware, Michigan reality solutions has no future. Multiple employees have stoped working for MRS including myself and have not received our proper pay out. It has been weeks since we have been supposed to be paid out. Jay stateing that there is nothing to pay us. Trying his hardest to convince his office employees to work with the risk of not getting paid. Well we Haven’t been paid Either. Some have been so broke that they couldn’t even afford gas to make it in if they wanted to.
Jay does not have an army of bad people. Jay and Ray are the only too who should be held accountable. Jay and ray are very good at there game an have tried to brain wash the minds of the small town individuals who they hire. Led by faulse hopes and richs, unaware they are being led down a dead end path.
I am contacting you for the only hope that someone can make right out of all that he has done to the familys of the contractors that were put in a position to potentially have to service his own home.
I mean Eric Miller, the two bit hack whom sucks over ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS PER YEAR CONSUMING OVER SEVENTY PERCENT OF ALL MEMBER DUES as Executive Director of the NAMFS Regime, just doesn’t get it. Miller and Adriana Farelo-Fernandez honestly believe that they can keep silent the fraud Goscinski and others are committing. I have news for them. Their days of hustle are coming to an end. Soon, I anticipate federal grand juries convening. If you think I bullshit, ask Joe Badalamenti or US Bank. And what I want Miller to remember if he pulls a hitch in Allendale is this: Whose shoes are underneath my bed tonight?! Yeah, because make no mistake whatsoever, no woman — or man if that is Miller’s bag — is going to wait around for some guy in prison whom is bending over to pick up the soap in the shower.
I mean here’s the deal: I know whom reads my blog as I track every IP Address. Never forget that. I generally know, in minutes, whom sends an email to whom as that is what I do. And for all of you out there on the sidelines believing that you are innocent, I believe a jury will decide differently.
Need more convincing? How about taking a look through the below property addresses which are optimized for Google to ensure that potential future home buyers are protected against the potential for liens,
