The Biden Administration just cannot catch a break. Whether it be the White House’s attempt to redefine recession or HUD Secretary Marcia Fudge’s refusal to allow pay hikes in over 30+ years for Minorities the reality is that perhaps it is time to move the elderly out of the White House and into convalescent care. With the average rate of inspections on FHA insured properties paying less than $8 and the average cubic yard of debris removal less than $25 it is no wonder why the rate of Labor attrition is over 70% as documented by the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS).
The question has always been who has control over the rate of pay on the Mortgagee Letter (ML) which dictates not only FHA pay, but is generally the benchmark across the board. Well, Foreclosurepedia has finally answered that question. Below are the names and titles of the HUD employees whom have ensured, for decades, that Minorities have been refused pay raises,
Atlanta HOC AHOC Director Dan Rogers III and REO Director Ralph Jackson. Philly HOC PHOC Director Anthony Triolo and REO Director Michael Curry. Santa Ana HOC SAHOC Director Tom Rose and REO Director Tammy Massone. Denver HOC DHOC Director Scott Bice and REO Director Andrew Eckel. The NSC Director is Matt Martin. Also, Acting Director Elissa Saunders, Deputy Director Graham Mayfield, SF DAS Julienne Joseph and Acting GDAS Vance Morris.
On multiple occasions, both Foreclosurepedia and the International Association of Field Service Technicians (IAFST) have reached out to all parties aforementioned and our pleas for help were met with deafening silence. This is not surprising as it has been these very same people whom have ensured, for decades, that Minorities would never see a penny more in pay. It is an atrocity when looking at the insane levels of inflation in combination with fuel prices in the US today. And quite honestly it is simply yet another reason why Democrats and Republicans alike have lied to the American Public in order to advance the agendas of those lobbying them.
