HUD Releases M&M AM 3.9 Solicitation

The long awaited US Department of Housing and Urban Development‘s (HUD) Management and Marketing (M&M) Asset Manager (AM) 3.9 solicitation has released. Foreclosurepedia had earlier predicted such even though many were skeptical based upon earlier bridge awards. Interested parties have until 1400 EDT on 16 July 2019 to submit their bids. The AM Solicitation is coming on the heels of the release of HUD’s historic Nationwide NSPIRE Full-Service Inspections solicitation which will replace the previous network of community based inspectors upon HUD assets.
