The long awaited US Department of Housing and Urban Development‘s (HUD) Management and Marketing (M&M) Field Service Manager (FSM) 3.12 Solicitation is to be released within the next 30 days according to Senior HUD Officials. Long awaited and plagued by the inability of Awardees to perform upon the contract itself, the 3.12 Solicitation will potentially do away with the nearly dozen of bridge contract awards issued last year. What remains to be seen is whether or not HUD will continue with its pursuance of Small Business goals or simply open it up to all.
It would be hard to understand how any of the current Awardees would meet the Small Business financial status levels mandated by both HUD and the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
While information pertaining to how the current contracts are fairing is unavailable to the public — ironic as it would make sense that the public be made aware as to how their money is spent — what we do know is that Innotion Enterprises lost Illinois and then was given a large swatch throughout the Midwest and Mountain States areas bringing in BLM to handle their work. It has been a revolving door to say the least.
Foreclosurepedia will stay on top of this fast breaking story as it continues to unfold.
