The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) just announced their opening of solicitation upon the Management and Marketing (M&M) Field Service Manager (FSM) 3.12 Contract. It will issue on 10 April 2019, according to posting on Federal Business Opportunities. Up for grabs are,

3A (Illinois), 4A (Indiana and Kentucky), 5A (North and South Carolina), 6A (Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama), 7A (Georgia), 8A (Florida, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands), 1D (Colorado, New Mexico, North Texas and Utah), 2D (Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and South Texas), 4D ( Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wisconsin), 5D (Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, and Wyoming), 1P (Michigan), 3P ( New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine), 4P (Ohio), 5P (Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia) 3S (Arizona), 4S (Nevada and Idaho), 5S (California, Hawaii, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands), and 6S (Oregon, Washington, and Alaska).

It is noteworthy that multiple International Association of Field Service Technicians (IAFST) members are running upon the Contract.
