HUD M&M AM 3.9 Contract Keeps On Growing

The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has rolled out even more states upon the Marketing and Management (M&M), Asset Manager (AM) 3.9 Contract DU204SA-17-R-0001. It currently looks like 36 states up for grabs — 40 if you count DC, Guam and half of Texas. That is 13 areas covering nearly two thirds of the entire United States! Now, if HUD follows the same type of procurement as they did with the M&M Field Service Manager (FSM) 3.10 rollout, you can guarantee that anyone whom gets that Sources Sought in by 24 April 2017 will have a good chance in making sure that the vast majority of these Contracts are earmarked for small business. What this also means is that the previous demands for historical performance will go by the wayside and I applaud HUD if they actually allow small business to stand a chance.

And HUD means business. Look, on the HUD M&M FSM 3.10, the first award out of the gate was to a small business. Purdy Enterprise was issued the Indiana and Kentucky area. Thomas Purdy is a stand alone, service connected, disabled, veteran owned business. They looked at his bid; they looked at his presentation; and HUD went with him in a historic award just last week. It was a good award to a good firm.

Foreclosurepedia recently attended two Summits in Indianapolis and Kansas City, sponsored by the International Association of Field Service Technicians (IAFST), discussing precisely these things. We work with small businesses to assist they with procurement matters. Our Conferences are always free of charge. There is no reason why financial access ought to be the threshold to fair and competitive bidding. While we do Consult independently, catch us at any of our Summits this year to sit down and learn!

Let Foreclosurepedia put it in the way that only a trained media professional such as myself, is capable of doing,

3A (Illinois):  IMPROPERLY LISTED BY HUD.
7A (Georgia):  Awarded to Sage Acquisitions, a JV involving Pemco Ltd., in 3.7, but apparently being re-procured due to poor performance. Sage reportedly bid all of their areas too low to be able to perform well.
1D (Colorado,  New Mexico, North Texas, Utah):  Awarded to Sage Acquisitions in 3.7, but apparently being re-procured due to poor performance.
4D (Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, Wisconsin):  Awarded to Matt Martin Real Estate Management (now Chronos Solutions) in 3.5, but expiring soon.
5D (Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming):  Awarded to Matt Martin Real Estate Management (now Chronos Solutions) in 3.5, but expiring soon.
1P (Michigan):  Awarded to Sage Acquisitions in 3.7, but overturned due to a size protest.
3P (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont):  Awarded to Sage Acquisitions in 3.7, but apparently being re-procured due to poor performance. Contract already reassigned to BLB Resources, temporarily.
4P (Ohio):  Awarded to Sage Acquisitions in 3.7, but apparently being re-procured due to poor performance.
5P (District of Columbia, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia):  Awarded to Sage Acquisitions in 3.7, but apparently being re-procured due to poor performance.
3S (Arizona):  Awarded to BLB Resources in 3.5, but expiring soon.
4S (Nevada, Idaho):  Awarded to Matt Martin Real Estate Management (now Chronos Solutions) in 3.5, but expiring soon.
5S (California, Hawaii, Guam):  Awarded to BLB Resources in 3.5, but expiring soon.
6S (Alaska, Oregon, Washington):  Awarded to BLB Resources in 3.5, but expiring soon.
Feel free to reach out today to discuss these or any opportunities. Our thanks to those in the field whom continue to assist Foreclosurepedia with their insight and for those of you whom continue to financially support what we have been doing for nearly a decade!
