The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has issued its Award upon DU204SA-17-D-0002 for the Indiana - Kentucky 4A Region. The Award was made to Purdy Enterprise LLC. Thomas Purdy, a service connected disabled veteran is the former Vendor Manager for A2Z Field Services and is located in North Carolina. In accordance with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) contract, challenges may only be made under FAR 19.302, or the "Protesting Small Business Representation" clause.
