I just stepped in the door and when I checked my email I became violently ill after reading the dire straits which Contractors are now in as Adam and Amanda Buczek of Buczek Enterprises live it up! Buczek Enterprises used to be the face of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime. Amanda and Adam’s parents, Debbie and Dan — Foreclosurepedia is now the FIRST LISTING ON THE FIRST PAGE OF GOOGLE when you type in Debbie and Dan Buczek into Firefox — were among the first 50 or so people to ever join the NAMFS Regime and now look at the legacy they have!
Buczek owes me around 50K but they are not closed I keep getting order from them and Ron Sankus contacted me thru the private communication log, he won’t email me or answer my questions about payment. I’m gonna call the FBI tomorrow … and I want the FBI to see that they are still conducting business with Altisource an Ocwen. Ocwen knows about they not paying for month now cause I told them month ago, since I [have] an Ocwen Loan on my house and I been struggling with the payments because I was spending all the money I was getting from Buczek into getting more work done for them. I was completing so many orders ever week; it was amazing, I was getting bid approvals I never got before. Even thou I had bid those month after month, they even extended my coverage area. Ocwen, Altisource and Buczek are all on it. I will let you know what the FBI says tomorrow. I won’t be able to sleep tonight this is a nightmare.
So, here we have a woman doing work for the very Company whom holds her Mortgage and because she is unable to be paid for the work she did for them she will probably loose her home! It gets better, though,
Adam Buczek Buczek Enterprises owes my company $19,376 last check [was in] March,2014. I am sick over the fact this lying s.o.b told me and forced the people of his company to bs me along to keep me working. I have reached out to five brothers as well as it is my intent to continue to lien all property including most recent a property under Contract that I just did [redacted] worth roof work to it is not far to the ppl involved that this has happened with that said. [Editor’s Note: We have advised all Contractors to Lien Properties Under Contract IMMEDIATELY upon which Rehab Services were performed].
The Buczek family name is a fucking disgrace to the preservation intent witch is to preserve Americas homes for the unfortunate family’s who have lost them to the bank . as well as for the insurance that what we do as contractors who relied on such a company to provide for our own family’s as my own wife and children have gone with out due to my faith in such a company that I say to my own ( I am sorry hun our daughter will have to wait till next week to get new shoes , or as I plead with the bank please dont repo my truck iam working with my client Buczek who is promised its getting me out a check) as well as I moved some 1300 miles on a promise that I’d be getting rehab work in fl now I set saying why did I trust .
With this said 445 work orders latter from November, 2012, till this week. To date, I have paid for materials and gas yet my loyal sub contractor a man with 5 kids who worked with me daily me as his boss I pay him in full right up to today’s last check of [redacted] that he was due for last weeks work due to Buczek misleading me in to feeling like I was going to be paid. In addition I say this to Adam and his wife those who do on to others get there in the end as for me I am better then you and your so called family name. That amounts to nothing look in your mirror as you move fwd because the ex con, ex contractors who come to you at the end of there rope will surely make your life miserable as for me I have started law suit witch I will press to the bitter end till your eating white noodles for dinner and a wish sandwich (wish you had some meat in it) any one else effected by this call me I’died love to chat [Contact Foreclosurepedia for his Phone Number].

Well, I started working for buczek in October and even after the 6 week period was up and I was suppose to receive my first check that came about 2 weeks late but I let it go thinking it might have been an honest mistake. Needless to say after that I had only received two checks on time. But now I’ve worked up to $5,006 worth of pay that I haven’t received any of for about 7-8 weeks now and haven’t been working the past 6-7 weeks because they have sent me nothing. Every time I call they never answer I email my contact point Ron Sankus he hardly ever responds and when he actually does I get promised my money will be sent out tomorrow it never happens he even promised to give me his own personal money if mine weren’t to be sent out. Still haven’t received anything Thursday was the last I have heard from him and I was told it would be sent out to me that day or Friday at the latest.
Friday had come still nothing I tried emailing him several times got no response, I called multiple times and noticed the answering service had been changed and received no answers every time I called. At this point I am so far behind on bills because of this I could be evicted lose my truck and several other things I’m flat broke at this point. And to top it all off I have a 3 year old son and a pregnant girlfriend that is due any day now and money for anything.

Ladies and gentlemen, never in all of my life have I encountered people whom are willing to destroy men, women and children to this extent. Buczek Enterprises has now entered into the realm of Crimes Against Humanity. Stalin, Hitler and Kim the Younger at least tell people that they are going to fuck them. The Buczek’s? They do not even have the spine to face those whom they have defrauded! What do you expect, though? Yet another NAMFS Regime Member whom Eric Miller, the Executive Director of the NAMFS Regime receiving OVER ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS PER YEAR CONSUMING NEARLY SEVENTY PERCENT OF ALL MEMBER DUES does not give two fucking shits. His position is that all of the Contractors are liars or why else would he even have the balls to say that NONE OF THIS IS PROVEN?!
How much are they REALLY PAYING YOU ERIC MILLER?! How much money does it take to deprive women and children of food, clothing and shelter?! You are the epitome of a disgrace to the human race for supporting this! You, Herr Miller, are worse than the Nazis whom said they were just following orders.

On an interesting set of side notes, we received several GOOD Reports about Order Mills whom we have written up in the past. US Best Repairs received praises from Contractors whom perform Altisource work in the same Regions. They stated that they were being paid in 7 – 10 days and the pricing was competitive. Five Brothers, it would appear, is going to step in on behalf of another Contractor and make whole the amounts owed to them. Now, I have NOT confirmed this with Five Brothers, but have an email into them — I doubt I will get a reply. If it is, in fact correct, I applaud them and would write it up as well because that takes both balls and spine!
