Foreclosurepedia Files FOIA Against HUD

You know it is a bad day when United States Citizens are forced to File Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests to simply know whom is working for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). We have been pursuing a formal request with HUD pertaining to Asset Management Specialists (AMS). Word on the bricks for the past several weeks is that AMS lost their Contracts and that the primary reason for this is the cozy relationship with Carolyn Reaves Flagship Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS). As word has it, the MCS AMS Sub Holdings LLC violates HUD

With that said, though, we reached out to HUD in Washington, DC. We sent our email to Brain Sullivan, HUDs Senior Public Relations fellow. He was on a vacation; however, that day Lamar Wooley responded. He, in turn, sent us to Deborah R Snowden, Chief, FOIA Branch, Office of Executive Secretariat. From there we went to Stephanie X Grey (some kind of Malcolm X deal I guess) whom was terse, at best. She referred us to Sandra J Wright, the current Chief of the FOIA Branch. Finally, a Eugene McGirt, HUD FOIA Specialist became involved.

I am familiar with the run around US Government Agencies like to do. If necessary, I have every intention of suing HUD to obtain information which should have simply been issued to begin with. What is currently being demonstrated is the levels to which the Obama Administration will go to in an attempt to keep a lid on the entire HUD Fiasco. I mean Title 18 implied threats; the sending of me to Gitmo for publishing that which High Level US Government Sources leaked is testament enough to the Rogues working with the NAMFS Regime. If HUD believes I am going to go away they are sadly mistaken. This is not Nazi Germany as many within the Industry would like it to be.

Dear FOIA Officer:

Pursuant to the federal Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552, I request access to and copies of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Field Service Management (FSM); Marketing and Management (M&M) III Contract between HUD and Asset Management Specialists (AMS) . Specifically, I am requesting confirmation or denial that HUD has removed AMS from the aforementioned Contract.

I would like to receive the information in electronic format.

As a representative of the news media I am only required to pay for the direct cost of duplication after the first 100 pages. Through this request, I am gathering information on Current Award Status of the HUD FSM M&M III that is of current interest to the public because this is in the Public Benefit as Contractors have a need to know whom they work for and to be able to properly account for debts owed to them. This information is being sought on behalf of Foreclosurepedia for dissemination to the general public.

Please waive any applicable fees. Release of the information is in the public interest because it will contribute significantly to public understanding of government operations and activities. There is a documentation which supports the fact that Members of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services, of whom AMS is a Member, have been defrauded in a systematic manner. As this is simply a confirmation of Contract Award Status, a simple keystroke verifies the information and is anticipated to take less than 0.001 seconds. Contractors have a right, as do I, to know whom US Taxpayers are paying for FSM Services.

If my request is denied in whole or part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act. I will also expect you to release all segregable portions of otherwise exempt material. I, of course, reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold any information or to deny a waiver of fees.

As I am making this request as a journalist and this information is of timely value, I would appreciate your communicating with me by telephone, rather than by mail, if you have questions regarding this request.

Please provide expedited processing of this request which concerns a matter of urgency. As a journalist, I am primarily engaged in disseminating information. The public has an urgent need for information about the HUD FSM M&M III Award Holder(s) because if changed, it impacts their Contract Status under the Service Contract Act and other ancillary laws, rules and regulations. Further, to ensure open and transparent bidding, this information should be released as soon as possible. I certify that my statements concerning the need for expedited processing are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.

I look forward to your reply within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I am publishing the aforementioned for those out there whom will be brave enough to begin to file FOIA for information with respect to any and all aspects of the Mortgage Field Services Industry. AMS, a Member of the National Association of Mortgage Field Serivces (NAMFS) Regime is yet another piece of the puzzle. Make no mistake ladies and gentlemen, when this thing blows up; when the fraud begins to hit home and you begin to pick up the phone and call me whining about not being paid, I am going to ask you whether or not you Spoke Up!

The third row is already churning the Document Foreclosurepedia released with respect to AMS attempting to remove a filing in Florida. It is not just me; Google is an independent Search Engine and is already making the connections.
