Unlike the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime, Foreclosurepedia has not forgotten about the plight of the men and women of Labor whom live with the pain and suffering of financing Eric Miller’s OVER ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLAR PER YEAR SALARY WHICH CONSUMES NEARLY SEVENTY PERCENT OF ALL MEMBER DUES. That is a harsh statement; however, if Eric Miller, the Executive Director of the NAMFS Regime, would have addressed the whirlwind of financially insolvent NAMFS Regime Membership, Labor would have been paid. The financial collapse includes his NAMFS Regime Secretary Heather Berghorst whom used to own Berghorst Enterprises which went South and now respun up as Heritage Home Solutions.
The National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime has now single handedly destroyed more families; caused more unspeakable damage to children, than arguably the Sub Prime Mortgage Crisis itself. I base this opinion upon the fact that NAMFS Regime Member after NAMFS Regime Member have continued to defraud Labor to the tune of TENS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS — Six Million Dollars owed to Casey Cohenour alone whom handled a good portion of Safeguard Properties operation in Minnesota.
We are profiling Coehnour’s case in the upcoming weeks and the direct link to Safeguard Properties for the causation of Cohenour’s divorce and now separation from his children will be made. Whether this was religiously based, as Cohenour is a Christian, or not remains to be seen.
Buczek Enterprises is simply another NAMFS Regime Member in a long, LONG list whom forced Labor to foot the bill of their horrific mistakes. While Eric Miller is out and about attempting to tell Labor to take it on the chin; that there is absolutely no proof whatsoever that NAMFS Regime Members are not paying their bills, Labor is struggling to feed their children and keep roofs over their heads. Ironically, roofs which are being potentially foreclosed upon by the VERY SAME NAMFS Regime Members whom they perform services for. Miller and the NAMFS Regime have finally been shown to be the true scourge that they are; the epitome of why non profit associations deserve oversight!
Any Member of the NAMFS Regime whom does not call for an Official Investigation of the Buczek Enterprises matter is complicit in the deceit which the NAMFS Regime Board of Directors are perpetrating. Either there are Canons which NAMFS abides by or it is all bullshit. Period.
When I caught up with my Source at Buczek Enterprises, he was haggard and worn down. The Foreclosurepedia 100 Hour War had taken its toll in more ways than one. I was extremely hesitant to put the Source’s quote into play as to date, I have not heard from a single, solitary Contractor whom Adam Buczek has paid money to — remember, Adam Buczek went on the whirlwind text, phone call and email campaign swearing that he was going to send money in 24 hours; on Monday, etc. With that said, the below paragraph was stated with respect to the “liquidation” of Buczek Enterprises,
To clarify its a liquidation of extra fixed assets now that there are only a few staff members remaining (computers, equipment from in house field crews, etc.). Those staff members are the ones working on the A/R side of the house to ensure we continue to receive revenue that BE will continue to pay out. I can promise that no one here, including any of the advisors and legal counsel helping the family, want the company or the owners to personally file BK. They are working on getting the money that BE is owed in the door and out to the liabilities that are outstanding. Absolute #1 top priority.
The quote is pretty open ended. It leaves the option for bankruptcy. To date, Adam Buczek has not come clean with respect to what put him into this position nor has he made good on any of the Touchstone Members of Labor. If you do not perform a post mortem publicly, how do you prevent it in the future? Or, perhaps, you do not want to prevent it. Personally, I do not believe Buczek Enterprises will ever make all Contractors whole. The reason for this is that I have made 11 separate requests to speak on the matter and each request has been met with silence. Labor has the right to know when they will be paid; the American Public has the right to know how their tax dollars are being used upon these foreclosed properties.
