Buczek Enterprises: Is There Light At The End Of The Tunnel?

The past several days, publicly, Buczek Enterprises has experienced a Public Relations nightmare. The reality, though, is that the PR Nightmare that Buczek Enterprises has experienced is due to fellow Members of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime Members refusing to pay them — in part.

Foreclosurepedia was planning on releasing a tremendous amount of data with respect to debts and obligations owed by Buczek Enterprises to Contractors. Sources speaking on condition of anonymity; Sources both at Buczek Enterprises and a Top Tier Portfolio Holder, have communicated that an “…orderly investigation…” of events to both ensure payments to Contractors and ensure this type of crisis does not occur again has commenced forthwith.

Contrary to what many NAMFS Regime Rank and File believe, my goal is to get Contractors paid. While these NAMFS Regime Recruiters apparently believe that Contractors should float their ability to make bad decisions; a mentality drawing its genesis from the very same financial crisis which saw taxpayer bailouts, we are going to begin to drill down on the East Coast Axis of Evil perpetrating this.

We will have an update late this evening on the Buczek Crisis. We will also begin to open the questioning into why newly installed Office Holders within the NAMFS Regime are publicly spouting off the praises of the NAMFS Regime while privately applauding the NAMFS Regime atrocities. Nothing new in North Carolina where the trains roll, ‘eh?!

Before You Go ...

Foreclosurepedia exists because readers, workers, and advocates understand that protecting Labor in the mortgage field services industry requires independence, persistence, and resources. We do not answer to servicers, hedge funds, or corporate trade groups; our accountability is to the Field Service Technicians, Inspectors and administrative personnel whose livelihoods are too often treated as expendable. Donations are what allow us to investigate quietly buried contract changes, expose abusive labor practices, and publish work that would otherwise never see the light of day. Every contribution helps keep our reporting free from industry pressure and focused squarely on defending labor standards, fair pay, and basic dignity in the foreclosure ecosystem. If you believe this work matters, your support is not symbolic—it is the reason Foreclosurepedia can continue to stand between Labor and a system that routinely exploits it.
