ServiceLink Joins NAMFS Members As Defendants In Employee Misclassification Case

Yet another National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) member, ServiceLink, a BlackKnight company and former Lender Processing Services (LPS) firm, is being sued for Employee Misclassification. This, coming on the heels of recent multi-million dollar jury awards Assurant Field Asset Services (Assurant) — now owned by Nationstar — and multi-million dollar settlements against Mortgage Contracting Services.
