Looks like karma is catching up with Brandon Kirkham, the former Vendor Resource Management (VRM) lackey that oversaw the Carol Boyd and SEAS #FraudFest knew it was business-as-usual just like during his first ten years at Countrywide, the very same Countrywide which manipulated African American and Hispanic borrowers and created widespread discriminatory mortgage lending practices helping to create, and since has perpetuated, racially segregated, impoverished neighborhoods. But hey, why would he not have changed his uncooperative ways, right?! I mean, for months, JGM Property Group has been claiming to have the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Management and Marketing (M&M) Field Service Manager (FSM) contract and yet not a single work order has been forthcoming. In fact, many are beginning to wonder if JGM is simply trying to poach what little Labor is left.
Here is yet another circular door National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) foot soldier under the command of the #TwoForVerisk NAMFS Executive Director Eric Miller and NAMFS President Matt Zoldowski simply hanging his at at JGM Property Group hoping that Labor, will once again work for pennies and be willing to give that money right back to Kirkham through kickbacks — sorry, chargebacks.
